Hoy complacida en participar en una nueva edición del concurso semanal de
Ladies of Hive, en el cual me emociona realizar porque corresponde hablar sobre dos preguntas interesantes. Definitivamente es algo que me gusta mucho hablar y compartir, aquí les dejo mi entrada y espero que les guste.
Today I am pleased to participate in a new edition of the weekly quiz from
Ladies of Hive, in which I am excited to perform because it corresponds to talk about two interesting questions. It's definitely something I love to talk about and share, here's my entry and I hope you like it.
¿Cuáles son tus cosas favoritas en esta época del año | What is your favorite thing about this time of year?
Es maravilloso cuando al fin llega Diciembre y con él, la Navidad, la cual se ha convertido en una fecha muy esperada para todas las personas, en todo el mundo, porque es un momento en donde nos sentimos muy felices y llenos de amor, unión y metas. Muchas veces no sabemos el significado de este sentimiento, para mí es solo una sensación única que sentimos en nosotros cuando llegan estas fechas; porque hacemos muchas cosas en esta época del año como escuchamos los aguinaldos o parrandones, hacemos decoraciones hermosas en nuestras casas y calles y preparamos comida típica de este hermoso tiempo, también hacemos regalos para compartir con familiares, amigos, donde demostramos esa unión fraternal.
It is wonderful when December finally arrives and with it, Christmas, which has become a long awaited date for all people around the world, because it is a time where we feel very happy and full of love, union and goals. Many times we do not know the meaning of this feeling, for me it is just a unique sensation that we feel in us when these dates arrive; because we do many things at this time of the year as we listen to the aguinaldos or parrandones, we make beautiful decorations in our houses and streets and prepare typical food of this beautiful time, we also make gifts to share with family, friends, where we demonstrate that fraternal union.
Compartir en unión familiar | Share in family union
Una de las cosas que me gusta y es lo principal de esta hermosa época es poder compartir en unión familiar, desde el primer momento a estas fiestas los planes se hacen presentes con mis seres queridos, nos reunimos para decorar nuestro hogar, así como con guirnaldas, coronas, bolas, muñecos y principalmente el arbolito, empezamos armarlo desde noviembre con las extensiones, luego los adornos, me encanta que cada rincón de mi hogar haya un detalle navideño que llame la atención e ilumine nuestra alma.
One of the things that I like and is the main thing of this beautiful time is to share in family unity, from the first moment to these holidays plans are present with my loved ones, we gather to decorate our home, as well as garlands, wreaths, balls, dolls and mainly the tree, we started to assemble it since November with the extensions, then the decorations, I love that every corner of my home there is a Christmas detail that draws attention and illuminates our soul.
También todas colaboramos con la preparación de las famosas hallacas, cada integrante de mi familia tiene su función, ya que es un arduo trabajo su elaboración, primero mis hermanas pican el aliño y la carne, mi madre prepara la masa, luego armamos , amarramos y sancochamos, también preparamos la ensalada, el pan de jamón y cualquier dulce, lo mejor es estar en la mesa y compartir la cena navideña donde agradecemos por un año mas juntos, vivos y con abundancia y alzamos nuestra copas con vino y decimos salud.
We also all collaborate with the preparation of the famous hallacas, each member of my family has a role, as it is hard work to prepare them, first my sisters chop the seasoning and meat, my mother prepares the dough, then we assemble, tie and parboil, we also prepare the salad, ham bread and any sweets, the best thing is to be at the table and share the Christmas dinner where we thank for another year together, alive and with abundance and we raise our glasses with wine and say good health.

Hola amiga!!! Dios mio el ver tu post me dieron ganas de comer hallacas se me hizo agua la boca, y si la navidad es una de las epocas mas hermosas que pasamos junto a nuestros familiares tiempo de amor y paz.
Jejej que interesante petición una moto electrica jeje no las habia visto, bueno y seria excelente idea, por las penurias que pasamos con la gasolina aqui en Venezuela.
La solidaridad familiar siempre se manifiesta en diciembre, ya sea para hacer las hallacas o para hacer las reuniones o regalos, que linda familia tienes. Saludos y bendiciones!
Christmas is a wonderful time of year! I do like the idea of an electric motorcycle! It would be so wonderfully quiet.
