Russia To Fortify Herself the more With Nuclear Infrastructure says the Defence Minister

In record of the fact that Russia being one of the most powerful countries when it comes to weapon acquisition and fortification, it's trying to add the more of what they already had maybe in respect to the fact that they are already loosing their arsenals of war to the battle between them and Ukraine or they want to raise their fear to other countries to a great integer.

It's of great believe and said to be true that he is gonna do anything possible to achieve that and to have that done, he needs to upgrade and update his weapons of war.
