Yea you're right on point on these;

For those people I'm all for helping nature along.

In the rear cases, helping is idea but other than that I don't personally think it's ethical.

but like you said, other aspects such as enhancing the mind of people to create a community of empathetic people would go a long way same way priotizing research in environment conservation would safe our planet.
