✏️ ¡Hola amigos de Hive! Espero que estén teniendo un agradable día.

El día de hoy he decidido rehacer mi avatar, ya que el que tenía no concordaba con mi estilo actual.

Mi antiguo avatar no es feo ni nada por el estilo pero siento que ya está muy obsoleto. Afortunadamente, mi estilo ha evolucionado a un nivel del cual estoy muy satisfecho, constantemente puedo ver la mejoría que he tenido durante estos meses en los cuales he estado dibujando y practicando.

Puedo ver como poco a poco he ido moldeando mi manera de dibujar y cada vez estoy más satisfecho con mis creaciones.

Anteriormente, en mis inicios, cada vez que hacía un dibujo no estaba del todo satisfecho, y no porque los dibujos eran malos, me quejaba porque de alguna u otra forma no conseguía hacer el estilo que yo tenía en mente JAJA yo creía que todo era por arte de magia, no sabía que todo tenía su proceso y que en el dibujo y como todo en la vida, es necesario la constancia y la dedicación, que las cosas no salen de la noche a la mañana.

Afortunadamente, tuve esa paciencia que muy pocas veces tengo y el día de hoy estoy viendo sus frutos. Obviamente en ese entonces no tenía los conocimientos que tengo hoy en día pero estoy muy orgulloso de mí mismo porque en ningún momento me rendí y a día de hoy puedo decir que tengo un estilo un poco definido y que estoy bastante contento con él.

Y aprovechando que estoy contento con mi estilo, pues decidí darle un aire fresco a mi avatar, así que sin nada más que decir pasemos con el paso a paso.

• ✏️ Hello Hive friends! I hope you are having a good weekend. Today I want to share a FanArt of a video game called Hollow Knight.I have not been able to play yet because I have many things to do, but I hope that sooner rather than later I will have the opportunity to play this little gem.

• Today I decided to redo my avatar, as the one I had didn't match my current style.

• My old avatar isn't ugly or anything but I feel that it's already very outdated. Fortunately, my style has evolved to a level that I'm very satisfied with, I can constantly see the improvement I've had during these months in which I've been drawing and practicing.

• I can see how little by little I have been moulding my way of drawing and I am more and more satisfied with my creations.

• Previously, in my beginnings, every time I made a drawing I wasn't completely satisfied, and not because the drawings were bad, I complained because in some way or another I couldn't achieve the style I had in mind JAJA I believed that everything was magic, I didn't know that everything had its process and that in drawing and like everything in life, it is necessary constancy and dedication, that things don't come out overnight.

• Fortunately, I had that patience that I rarely have and today I am seeing its fruits. Obviously at that time I didn't have the knowledge that I have today, but I am very proud of myself because I never gave up and today I can say that I have a style that is somewhat defined and that I am quite happy with it.

• And taking advantage of the fact that I'm happy with my style, I decided to give a fresh look to my avatar, so without anything else to say, let's go through the step by step.

Para empezar quise hacer una pose un poco dinámica, para darle más naturalidad al personaje. Me hice con el cabello largo porque es siento que me veo mucho mejor así JAJA, agregué mis lentes, decidí hacerme con una vestimenta que me gusta mucho, un suéter y un pantalón, supersencillo y por último me hice con un bolso(así le dicen en mi país) porque no pudo salir a un sitio sin él y para darle mi toque personal decidí añadir dos fantasmitas.

Para los colores quise que fueran lo más armoniosos posible, que se vieran frescos. Por eso me decidí por colores marrones y verdes, complementando con colores rojos y rosados.

• To begin with, I wanted to make a dynamic pose, to give more naturalness to the character. I made myself with long hair because I feel I look much better like this HAHAHA, I added my glasses, I decided to make myself with an outfit that I like a lot, a jumper and a pair of trousers, super simple and finally I made myself with a bag (that's how they call it in my country) because I couldn't go out anywhere without it and to give it my personal touch I decided to add two little ghosts.

• For the colours I wanted them to be as harmonious as possible, to look fresh. That's why I went for browns and greens, complemented with reds and pinks.

Para empezar el coloreado decidí empezar por el rostro, fui garabateando poco a poco, combinando los colores hasta encontrar un resultado que me gustara. Después coloreé los ojos, nariz y boca, le hice el pequeño colorete que tiene en las mejillas y le añadí los lentes.

El próximo paso fue colorear el cabello, esto siempre es complicado para mí porque es lo que más me cuesta hacer. Cómo artista tradicional tengo la costumbre de hacer el cabello de manera superrealista, pero cuando estoy dibujando en digital me cuesta quitarme ese chip, aún me cuesta un poco dibujar cabello pero cada día mejoro un poco más y estoy muy feliz con eso.

• To start the colouring I decided to start with the face, I scribbled little by little, combining the colours until I found a result that I liked. Then I coloured the eyes, nose and mouth, made the little blusher on her cheeks and added the glasses.

• The next step was to colour the hair, this is always complicated for me because it is the most difficult thing to do. As a traditional artist I have the habit of doing the hair in a super realistic way, but when I'm drawing in digital I find it hard to get rid of that chip, I still find it a bit difficult to draw hair but every day I improve a bit more and I'm very happy with that.

Ahora pasemos con el suéter de mi personaje. Cuándo hago ropa me gusta divertirme un poco más, hago garabatos más locos, libremente, me gusta que se vea muy rústico, así que voy garabateando jugando con. Los tonos hasta quedar satisfecho con el resultado.

Llegó la hora de colorear el bolso, me gusta hacerlos sin tanto detalles, siento que se ven mejor sencillos y para colorearlo fue más de lo mismo, garabato por todos lados.

• Now let's move on to my character's jumper. When I make clothes I like to have a bit more fun, I doodle crazier, more freely, I like it to look very rustic, so I doodle around playing with. The tones until I'm satisfied with the result.

• It was time to colour the bag, I like to do them without so many details, I feel they look better simple and to colour it was more of the same, doodle all over the place.

Luego pasé a colorear el pantalón. Lo cual fue rápido y sencillo. También coloreé las manos y el lápiz.

Y por último coloreé a los fantasmitas. Los hice rosado para que resaltaran, con sus hojitas en la cabeza para darle su toque distintivo.

Siempre estoy probando nuevos diseños para hacer a los fantasmitas. Me gusta tener variedad.

• Then I moved on to colouring the trousers. Which was quick and easy. I also coloured the hands and the pencil.

• And finally I coloured the little ghosts. I made them pink to make them stand out, with their little leaves on their heads to give them their distinctive touch.

• I'm always trying new designs to make the little ghosts. I like to have variety.
