Mushrooms In My Hometown
Hello Fungi lover hiver friends, how are you today? I hope you are all in good health always and not lacking anything.

I will tell you a little about my trip some time ago when I was hunting mushrooms while I was in my hometown Lhoksukon.

Lhoksukon is the capital of North Aceh district, Aceh, Indonesia, this area is famous for being prone to flooding, with high rainfall in the mountains and having shallow rivers, this area has the potential to be flooded from overflowing river water.

When I was at my parents' house, I to the kitchen, I find some edible mushrooms in the kitchen, or what is known in scientific languageVolvariella volvacea in my area called kulat jumpung, I took a few shots of mushrooms.

I became curious about what types of mushrooms were in this area, so I immediately started hunting for mushrooms.

I had time to ask the location of the place where a lot of mushrooms grow on my brother, apparently the location is not far from the house and not far from the river.

This area is also humid and it often rains, the presence of mushrooms in this area is very easy to find, I tried to explore the riverside area, there are many overgrown trees and it is very humid here.

At the beginning of my journey I found my first mushroom, mushroomPleurotus ostreatus I found this mushroom attached to a dead wood tree, its white color has a tremendous appeal, local people take it for consumption, the lush trees make the image shot a bit dark, fortunately the color of this mushroom is white, so it doesn't have much effect.

A while later I met a mushroomMicroporusI don't know the real name of this mushroom, it looks like the mushrooms here are still very fresh and just starting to bloom, this shows that they are still very young.

Not far from where I was standing, I saw a pair of moths dancing on wild flowers, wasp moths or better known asAmata Huebneri

From the picture you can see they are very fast moving and circling above the wild flowers. I don't know what kind of wild plant this is, they seem to be very busy ignoring my presence taking some pictures.

I really enjoyed their show on the flower, once in a while they sucked nectar and started dancing again, and then I left them and went back to hunting mushrooms.

Then I found these mushrooms again, they grow on the trunks of rotting palm trees, local people often take these mushrooms for consumption.

I can take a lot of pictures here, these mushrooms grow a lot here, they are very fertile, their body texture is beautiful and has a stunning and spectacular shape, making me very comfortable here.

I was like hypnotized by the charm of this mushroom, so I didn't notice that it was starting to rain.
Next I rushed back home, really mushroom hunting today was extraordinary.
