Is The Philosopher Stoned?: UC Berkeley Instructor spouts off about rural Americans

Hello dear friends. Have you ever dreamed of living the simple life? Working on the field of your own farm, building a fence for pasture land with some buddies? Maybe some of you already do live in the countryside, and makes you horrible people. Well, according to one student graduate PhD from Harvard that is.

Wow, these are some bold statements.

“Some, I assume are good people”

Really, like whom? The people who grow the food you eat? The people who offer you in for some soup or tea Instead of shooting and robbing you like the city folk are liable to.

“But this nostalgia for some imagined pastoral way of life is stupid and we should shame people who aren’t pro-city”

What? Where do you think food comes from? Those nostalgic pastoral fools you so shamefully besmirched.

This guy is ridiculous! Now the question is. Is he really this dumb? Has really been so spoiled in his life, never experiencing what it takes to produce all that food, gas and oil. All of which comes from outside the city.

Cities don’t produce anything on their own, they rely on supplies from rural land to provide those resources.

I think this pretty much says it all.

This dolt clearly did not expect the reaction he got from running his mouth, and has since ghosted himself on social media.

However, I had to dig a bit further. I need to know exactly how somebody can be so arrogant and clueless about what they are saying.

I want to know whether he’s the product of the youthful ignorance that so many suffer today’s generations, or was he just playing the role of agent provocateur, in order to get the urban and rural people fighting online over who needs who?

He has a degree in philosophy, but lacks the sense not to run his mouth about things he clearly doesn’t understand. Just goes to show that a ‘good education’ is more of an imagined way of life for stupid people.😏

However, let’s look at what he has been a part of, I think it kind of explains his level of indoctrination a bit.

“advancing a sustainable future”

Doesn't that just sound hideous to you at this point? The word sustainable is just so corrupt and grotesquely dishonest nowadays, that I literally cannot stand seeing it. Yet, it’s everywhere you look!

Maybe, just maybe this douche-bag sparked this outrage in order to get the public ready.

Ready for what you ask? The replacement of the old ways of living, because after all, that’s exactly what sustainable development is about. Destroying the livelihood of farmers and taking away rural land from the people.

CONserve-Nation: CPAWS Wants 50% of Canada Locked Up In Conservation

I have a post in the works that’s all about the urban life of the future. I firmly believe that they intend to move everyone into cities.

Cities are to become the global boroughs of the new world order. Foods you wouldn’t imagine eating will become part of our diet, micro apartments will dominate the available living spaces, transport will be shrunk down and transition to public transportation.

Truly a place for philosopher numbskulls like Jackson Kernion.

Thanks for stopping by. As always it’s very much appreciated! I’m going to link all my previous posts on these subjects leading up to this really big post that I’ve been putting together. So please check those out if you have the time. Thanks again and until next time.

Reporting from the BRAVE NEW WORLD! I am...

Now the question is. Is he really this dumb?

If i may be so bold as to sum it up...
'He's an angry ginger who's found out that his venom masked as philosophy isn't getting him laid.'

There.... done. lol

Irrelevant Paradoxes:

If a professor said that to me, I would counter with how what we deserve is irrelevant to the free market, to the meaning to life.

Live Life

See, what matters is not really what you may theoretically deserve.

Get a Car

Ultimately, if you want a car, you should find a way to buy the car. You can cry and say you deserve the car.

Who Cares

I say, who cares. Of course, people can argue passionately and say that some people deserve good things or bad things or whatever.

Michael Jordan Earned His Titles

I say all of that is possibly too subjective. For example, you could say Michael Jordan deserves an NBA Title. I say what matters is if he wins the NBA basketball championship each time or not. Mike did six times. But they didn't give Mike a 7th title.

Deserve? Huh?

It doesn't matter if Mike deserves a 7th title.

Maybe Relevant

What we may or may not deserve or not deserve is possibly relevant if done right. However, it kind of works both ways.

Misleading

If done wrong, it can be misleading. It may come down to what deserve means.

Deserve = Earn?

For example, if deserve means earn, then you could argue that Mike deserved a title each time he earned a title.

Life = Like Basketball?

In basketball, we can determine those things easier than in real life, perhaps, because life might not be that easy to define, because it might be tougher to know when somebody earns and deserves something in the real world and according to who and everything, you know? Some people might deserve bad stuff like the instructor said, perhaps.

Applicable to All Humans?

However, that doesn't mean we all don't deserve to be uncomfortable. And I don't care either way. I may or may not deserve to be uncomfortable or comfortable.

Right to Fight For Light

Either way, I'm going to fight for my right to party with original green oatmeal.

Countryside Folks Are Dee Best

The best people in the world live in the countryside, on the farms, in fly over country. If anybody deserved to be miserable, it would be the city slickers lol.

He isn't all wrong; right rural health care should be expensive due to the logistics of providing healthcare to so few people.

But clearly he sports an elitist attitude likely due to his taxpayer and student paid bloated income due to his narcissistic logorrhea while he makes fun of those who get up at 5am, do 14 hours of work, and still come out in debt after govt aid. Being from Berkeley, he probably knows that animal farming is coming to a lab and he probably hates rural America because of MAGA, Monsanto (round up), pesticides, fertilizers. He probably doesn't realize something still has to provide nourishment for the meat grown in bioreactors unless he is an active investor. There is a chance he grew up on a farm, and has resentment towards his parents and his childhood and it is his way of venting his spleen but I am not going to attempt to psychoanalyze him.

A degree in philosophy doesn't mean intelligence, but certainly there have been many great intellectuals who studied philosophy. Since he is teaching at a university, I will assume he is brighter than most who study that field even if he is still an idiot at this point in life. It is easy to get lost in the ideals of how things should be to live the easy life especially if your are smart and keep being told that, and he's probably one of the lucky ones who did everything right but, unlike many, got onto easy street. Maybe he was born a silver spoon too-Who can seriously afford a masters or a phd in philosophy except those with exceptional access to wealth or lines of credit. Anyways, he's developed a toxic holier than thou attitude.

He likely hasn't had to deal with the reality of life that isn't fair, venting of the spleen exception aside. He is young and intoxicated with the city-that certainly has a lot to offer-and financial success. But despite all of the cities offerings, he has contributed nothing to it aside from tax revenue and probably doesn't have any ability to advance mankind himself. If he is teaching at a university at his age, then he is nothing but a welfare queen with no real world experience laughing at all the people who pay and ultimately feed him.

I don't know if he has tenure, but if he ends up getting fired then has to settle bagging groceries or pushing carts like most philosophy majors, or thrown into the judicial machinery to purge "unwanted people" from their communities then he might want to explore the concept of freedom and reconsider his position about how great city life is. The good parts of the city like he is accustomed to is achieved mostly through involuntary human sacrifices-and I am not speaking of taxes here.

At that point to get away from the corruption, to have what he needs, to avoid debts, to have true freedom, the road will ultimately point to what he hates-the country. It needs not be in the USA, but anywhere in the world to live off of the fat of the land. The United states presently isn't very healthy for most people, especially farmers-But the USA offers so many rewards to some of the worst and laziest people this country has to offer. As a result some of dumbest people are sitting in public offices, sitting on the bench, and teaching our youths across the country.
