Hello everyone! we hope you are well!!!

This time the Valthy team has decided to try new things for this new year, we will refer to digital drawing, we have had in mind this project for a long time but being students and full time workers we were a little late to start this experience, which has been quite rewarding for the simple fact that time does not weigh when you are creating.

Actually we are not experts in the field of drawing, but we do have some affinity for this activity.

Nowadays we are already graduated and our jobs don't demand us as much time as before (what a relief hehe) so we had the time and energy to elaborate our first digital drawing and present it to you, we hope you like it!

En esta oportunidad el equipo Valthy ha decidido probar cosas nuevas para este nuevo año, nos referiremos al dibujo digital, hemos tenido en la cabeza este proyecto desde hace mucho tiempo pero al ser estudiantes y trabajadores de tiempo completo se nos hacía un poco tardío darle inicio a esta experiencia, la cual ha resultado bastante gratificante por el simple hecho de que el tiempo no pesa cuando vas creando.

En realidad no somos expertos ni mucho menos en la materia de dibujo, pero si tenemos cierta afinidad por esta actividad.

Actualmente ya estamos graduados y nuestros empleos no nos demandan tanto tiempo como antes (que alivio jeje) así que tuvimos el tiempo y energía para elaborar nuestro primer dibujo digital y poder presentarlo a ustedes, ¡esperamos les guste!

1st step: The sketch, which reflects the idea we have after having understandable lines, we continue to the second step:

1er paso: El boceto, en donde se refleja la idea que tenemos después tener líneas entendibles, continuamos al segundo paso:

2nd step: Base colors, in this case we applied a shade of pink for the hair, a flesh color for the face and black for her clothes:

2do paso: Colores base, en este caso colocamos un tono de rosado para el cabello, para el rostro se aplico un color carne y para su vestimenta negro:

3rd step: We select some tones, a medium tone and in addition to this a dark one starting from the base and a light one starting from the same base chosen previously, and a saturated tone so that it is better worked to the skin when mixing the tones. For this step I use a diffused brush, it is better when mixing the color:

3er paso: Seleccionamos unos tonos, un tono medio y además de este uno oscuro partiendo de la base y uno claro partiendo de la misma base elegida anteriormente, y un tono saturado para que quede mejor trabajado a la piel al mezclar los tonos. Para este paso utilizo una brocha difusa, es mejor a la hora de mezclar el color:

4th step: once we mix all the skin color, it is time to detail the other parts of the illustration:

4to paso: una vez que mezclamos todo el color de la piel, es momento de detallar las demás partes de la ilustración:

5th step: we start detailing the hair shadows and highlights:

5to paso: Empezamos a detallar el cabello sombras y luces:

6th step: I adjusted final details and this is how I got the result.

6to paso: Ajusté detalles finales y así obtuve el resultado.

This was the whole process of the first drawing, we were very satisfied with the result and enjoyed the process very much, we hope you like it and see you next time!

Este fue todo el proceso del primer dibujo, quedamos muy satisfechos con el resultado y se disfruto el proceso muchísimo, esperamos les guste y hasta la próxima!
