The Perfect Café

Hello my coffee-loving friends, I am happy to be here once again.

Right now I am in an empirical, enterprising season, to which perhaps I arrived a little late, or, better said, I arrived at the perfect time, because, the race of life is of resistance and not speed, the good thing is that I like this moment of my life, it is already 35 years inhabiting this tropical body, finally I feel adult, responsible and I can give myself a whim, the point is that, there is an evolution in me, before I only needed to live with integral health and I repeated like a robot; "first enter a camel through a needle's eye", now I feel like an architect, I learned new things and my mind became more universal. All conclusions that can be reached after a cup of clear coffee every morning.

The truth is that this challenge comes at a time, where I had already considered the idea of starting a business and embrace the independent economy.

My perfect Café concept is a "Café-Concert", I love art in all its manifestations, and in honor of that passion I would create a space for singer-songwriters in acoustic format, instrumental musicians, guitarists, saxophonists, classical concert pianists, singers who pay tribute to the most representative history of Pop music and great icons like ABBA, David Bowie, Elton John, Pet Shop Boys, Madonna, Cher, Donna Summers, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Savage Garden and an extensive list of names.

In this space we will have DJs specialized in indietronica, mantras, psychedelia, universal sounds, chillout, bossa nova and related styles, shows and performances of transformist art, makeup and characterization, micro theater pieces, monologues, declamation and poetry, stand up comedy, reading of dramatized texts, improvisation festival, dressmakers presenting their collections, christening of records and books.

In the Perfect Café, the visitor knows the recipe of his favorite coffee, will put it in the hands of the team of specialists and will receive the cup of his desires in the right measure, this visitor likes to watch shows, connect with art in a more intimate way, a room of 100 people and a stage of four square meters, as a selective reception of friends.

If the visitor is looking for a moment of reading or conversation, he will go to the corresponding environment, he can go barefoot if he likes and adjust the air conditioning or turn on the heating system until he finds the temperature of his comfort. In this cafe, the visitor can meet people with common hobbies and start a nice story.

Location. I am looking for a bohemian city, with open-minded people, social, adventurous, some traveler friends tell me that these cities are Oslo, Budapest, Tel Aviv or Barcelona, cosmopolitan metropolis, this concept of coffee and entertainment I see it more innovative in Latin America, I think of cities like Margarita Island in Venezuela or Viña de Mar in Chile.

Design. Minimalism in its maximum expression, white walls, large windows to see the landscape, lecterns of tempered fabrics in triangle and abstract forms, rain of white lights like those that adorn the chillout spaces, lamps with silver bangs as if they were needles that move with the passing of the wind, fusion of seats, comfortable chairs, divans and furniture, all respecting the line of the design.

Concept. Art and Coffee, quality shows for entertainment, a thematic agenda disseminated through the official social networks, and coffee as the main protagonist, all recipes and combinations in which coffee is part, in this space will have a special preparation.

The client. A contemporary adult, with a young spirit, sensitive to art, who wants to vibrate with music and listen to stories, wants to meet adventurous people, or have a good time with his friends, even if he has no experience in terms of behavior in these spaces, he will intuitively deduce it and will become a frequent visitor, I have conviction with this theory, coffee and art is a winning fusion.

Marketing. Of this space you can find a billboard on the highway, an invitation broadcast on a retro pop music radio station, advertising campaign on social networks, Facebook, Instagram, maybe in the most used search engine you will find a recommendation in the first place, It is also possible an agreement with a famous celebrity to talk about the experiences lived in this, his favorite place and make the invitation to his followers, the names of Ellen DeGeneres, Jim Parsons, Kit Harington, Harry Styles and Ed Sheeran are handled. It turns out to be quite an ambitious campaign, but money is no object.

The difference. I think that becoming one in a million depends on the human factor, the commitment, the passion for the job, and in this café there will always be a special attention focused on satisfaction with empathy and cordiality, these are the places where I always want to stay and then come back.

This is the café of my dreams, music and wonderful people, my perfect café.
