What is your number one passion, the thing you do that
makes you feel the most happy, peaceful, or satisfied?

I wasn't raised by a nomadic family but I love wandering. As a child, I watched my parents dedicate their entire life working hard to provide for me and my siblings with the best upbringing that they could. They never took vacations or spent any money at all on themselves and they never felt safe to let us travel far out of the village before. That's the reason why I was unable to visit other provinces in my country until I enrolled in the University. During the time, the idea of going abroad was a distant one until when I was finally able to graduate from university in 2014. As a result of my new job, I became financially independent and began traveling. Since then, I am addicted to traveling and crave more in this world than to take in the sights and sounds that are foreign to me. It doesn't matter if I'm flying, driving, or even taking a train, I'm always down for an adventure. 🤩

It's hard to put into words how traveling has changed me, but in its simplest definition, traveling is an adventure. It takes me out of my comfort zone and encourages me to open up and experience new things and cultures. It got me out of my shell and made me more outgoing than I ever was before. In Vietnamese culture, there was a strong emphasis on getting married and settling down after graduating from college. I'm pleased with the choices I made in the past so that I can spend more time traveling and exploring other places. 😍

I've learned that there is no other way to see the world than traveling. It's an incredible opportunity to get to know myself and others better, get to know cultures and languages, and get a different perspective on life. For me, travel is never about 'doing something, it's always about 'seeing' something. ❤️

It's probably that traveling is the key to my happiness. It's exciting to see life from another perspective, experiment with different food, drink, and meet people who are different from me. I feel a more loving life, more selfless after traveling. Travel has opened my eyes to how others live, and it's given me a better understanding of the place as well as help me to appreciate what I have. Travelling has also allowed me to meet some of the most amazing people that I never would have met otherwise. I'm often inspired by the people I meet and their stories. They have taught me that there are many different ways to live our life, yet they are all worth living. After a trip, I found that I had changed in many different ways and it made me realize that traveling is something that really helps me learn more about people, life, and even myself. I always feel calmer and more relaxed. 🙂

Traveling isn't just a hobby for me, it's the way I experience the world and learn everything in life It's an integral part of my personality and defines who I am as a person. I believe that without traveling, I would be ignorant; all the things I've seen and done have shaped my knowledge and understanding of life. Traveling is actually my passion and key to my happiness. 🥰🥰

It's must really be a great experience, getting to explore the world, learning about new cultures and everything that comes with it.

Having small children and family really changes the dynamics. It's hard to travel with small children, plus it gets more expensive too. haha

The idea is sound to me. I can imagine how difficult it is for us to travel and explore new places when we have children. So for now, I'm taking advantage of still being single to follow my passions and see the places I want to see.

In Vietnamese culture, there was a strong emphasis on getting married and settling down after graduating from college.

I'm happy you didn't settle into this stigma! Yes, traveling is the key to knowing yourself and the world more! Perhaps one day, our itchy feet will lead to each other in one of our travels!

Aww you're so sweet. Thank you my girl. Right, the majority of my friends are busy with work and family responsibilities, and finding time to travel or follow their passions is difficult. I'm not burdened by anything for now so I enjoy everything as much as I can :)

What a wonderful collection of travel photos! My parents never traveled either, but when I was old enough I was off on an adventure every chance I got. It is such a big wide wonderful world!
