7 days have passed since I tested positive for OMICRON, and today I continue to test positive for antigens... however, I have stopped my confinement for a few minutes, contrary to government regulations... being at home without going out, with two children and a dog it is not easy at all... and although the children are totally independent and go to school since they are not positive, the dog has other needs that are sometimes difficult to bypass...
Today, the dog hardly let me work... and I took him to the park at noon, where luckily there was no one to infect :-)
This variant of the virus is strange, it hasn't caused me any major problems at the moment but it still seems to have an awesome infective capacity... with which I recognize that perhaps breaking the rules has not been the most legal thing to do, but it was the most rationally appropriate regarding mental health.
Not being able to go running daily is being very hard for me, however I understand that it's a lesser evil.
I will come back, stronger than ever...I hope.

It's not all bad having a forced rest, all those little niggles will heal up and you can just ease back into it over a few weeks, soon be back up to pace!

Si tienes gripe no es irresponsable salir a la calle pero con este si porque... bueno, porque si y punto!!! Date bien agusto el paseo que necsites que la inmunidad se crea mejor de forma natural y ese favor le haras a quien le tosas en la cara 😂 que en el metodo que toda la puta vida se ha requerido y EXIGIDO para comerciar un txute, ha sido de 10 años de pruevas para poder comercializarlo. Primeros meses o año me cayo, pero a dia de hoy???
Pd. Si haces una busqueda de noticias en google, vas a encontrar que un año si, un año no, los hospitales se llenan has la bandera por casos de gripe. Y a dia de hoy, en el hospital hay mas peña por la psicosis y miedo han metido a la pelña en el cuerpo, porque no OCURRE NADA MAS EN EL MUNDO QUE ESO, y en cuanto uno toses dos veces pone rumbo a urgencias inmediatamente cagado de miedo. Que no lo digo yo, lo dicen los que les reciben en los hospitales
