What Inside Of Hinulugang Taktak Falls?

Four weeks ago I have a plan to visit the Hinulugang Taktak Falls one of the famous tourist spots in my town. The Hinulugang Taktak is located in Antipolo City, Philippines Province of Rizal. This local tourist spot is a protected area because this is the only fall in Antipolo. When I was a kid every Sunday my parent brought us to Hinulugang Taktak and I remember that place is so beautiful. The water that came from the falls was clean but after a few years passed the quality of the water that came from the falls became worst and worst and the smell is so bad. But the local government of Antipolo City never stopped rehabilitating the Hinilugang Taktak for so many years this area was closed to the public for a year and in 2020 they re-opened the Hinulugang Taktak to the public and I'm pretty they also added more activities for those who wanted an adrenaline rush.

Before you reach Taktak Falls you have to take more steps down using the stairs I don't know how many steps I've been taking but one thing that I know there nothing changed on that stairs.

Inside the Hinulugang Taktak, it is surrounded by so many tall trees and some of those trees look really old. The best thing about this place is you can swim in the swimming pool for free because until now there has been no entrance fee if you visit this place.

The Falls

There has a lot of local stories about these falls some said the name itself of these falls is from the big bells of the church that fell on the falls. Hinulugan means "Fall" that's why it's called Hinulugang Taktak but no matter how many stories about the falls the beauty of falls is still there.

The Flower and Plant

I found some beautiful flowers and plants inside this area that are so colorful and blooming. I found plants on the corner of the river with the green and purple color of leaves I think these plants are called "Purple Tinge" and this plant is easy to grow.

I also found a color red and pink flowers surrounding the open space those flowers are so beautiful. This flower is called a "Central Coast Rose" this flower bloom year-round and is blooming everywhere.

This leaf is called an "Origano Leaves" some local people use those leaves for medicine especially to cure the cough.

These green algae bloom everywhere especially on rocks using my macro lens I captured these beautiful green algae.

A Stray Cat

While walking on the stairs heading out to this place I saw a stray cat cleaning his body. This cat is a male with a combination of color black and gray this cat is all alone but I think one of the staff of the Hinulugang Taktak is the owner of this stray cat.

Is that tha falls ba sa Enteng kabisote?
Good things the local government is trying thier best to rehabilitate it.
Ang sayang kasi kung mapabayaan.

Antipolo is one of the nearest gateway from the busy street of Manila
