RE: Doctor Strange through the years

Doctor Strange has always been, and still is, one of my favorite comic book series. When I started subscribing to Marvel Unlimited, I read through his first appearance in Strange Tales #110, through to #168, when the series changed names to Doctor Strange, while Nick Fury Agent of Shield (another favorite) split off into a separate series of his own. I have, over the years, read a lot of Doctor Strange. For the most part, I prefer the older, pre-2000 era comics than a lot of what is being written today as Doctor Strange has taken some , ahem, strange twists and turns in the form of plot devices that I found unappealing. But the art is far superior to that which we had in the Silver Age comics, as the technology to produce finished books is far different today than 60 years ago.
