My First Post As Blogger ( Monggo Recipé )

For todays post, is all about monggo recipé. We all know about monggo and correct me if Im wrong, monggo vegetables are already all over the place. Here in the Philippines, monggo vegetables are very popular in terms of cooking different kinds of dish or recipé. Most of the place and residents who loves business are selling monggo foods in super markets, schools and offices. Today, allow me to share the recipes and ingredients about this food. First we must gather the ingredients and we have;

• Garlic
• Sort of vegetables ( already sliced into tiny stripes )
• Onions
• Cooking oil
• Meat ( either chicken or beef )
• Boiled monggo
• Water
• Seasonings

First, sliced the meat into cube shape and washed it with clean water. It must be in right size of slice so that it will cook very fast.

Sliced the onions and garlic into tiny pieces so that it will cook very easily. The is very important in all the food we cook because it gives the good smell of the food we cook.

Boiled the cooking oil in the pan and add the garlic and onions. Cook it very well until it comes the good smell and turns to color golden brown.

Next, add the meat and mix it very well. Add the water and boiled it until it will soften the meat.

Add the boiled monggo and lemon grass and mix it very well again. Boiled it for how minutes until the meat will completely soft.

Add the thin stripes of sorting vegetables in the monggo and add the right amount of salt and other seasonings. Mix it very well and covered it until it will cook. Serve it while it hot.

This is not very expensive food particularly the ingredients and it is good for children.
