Cocina conmigo esta deliciosa y saludable receta de salteado con vainitas y zanahorias, una comida baja en calorías e ideal para la cena. Esta receta es perfecta para cuando queremos perder peso ya que las vainitas aportan mucha fibra, lo que hace que el salteado conserve tanto su sabor como su valor nutricional. Espero que les guste y les aseguro que no se arrepentiran, porque querran hacerla a menudo.

200 grs de vainitas, 01 zanahorias, 03 dientes de ajo, 05 ramas de perejil, 01 cucharada de paprika, 03 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto//200 grams of vanitas, 01 carrot, 03 cloves of garlic, 05 sprigs of parsley, 01 tablespoon of paprika, 03 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Comienzo esta deliciosa receta lavando las vainitas y pelando la zanahoria y el ajo, luego corto en trozos largos las vainitas y las zanahorias en rodajas.

I start this delicious recipe by washing the beans and peeling the carrots and garlic, then I cut the beans into long pieces and the carrots into rounds.

Seguido en una olla coloco agua y añado las zanahoria, cuando tenga tres minutos agrego las vainitas cocino hasta quedar al dente, las cuelos y le añado dos tazas de agua fría para que queden bien duritas y no pieran sus hermosos colores.

En una olla añado el aceite de oliva y al calentar agrego el ajo machacado, dejo sofreir unos minutos que no se quemen para que no amrgue, luego incorporo las vainitas y zanahorias cocino revolviendo por cinco minutos para que se impregnen con su sabor.

Sazono con sal, la pimienta y la paprika, sigo revolviendo por dos minutos mas y le añado el perejil picado cocino a fuego bajo por unos minutos mas y apago.

¡Y listo!, para desgustar de una de una deliciosa cena la aompañé con tostadas, pero el gusto es de cada quién porque también la podemos comer sola, además pueden combinar las vainitas con otro vegetal. Espero que disfruten de esta receta.
