Hola Hivers! Espero que esten muy bien, pero si no lo estan,
aca les traigo un poco de reggae music para levantar un poco el animo acompañado de mi amigo Sebastian en djembe.
Pero primero que nada queria disculparme por el desorden del "set",
ya que en realidad ademas de estar ensayando, tambien estaba probando diferentes maneras de grabar el audio. El cual me agrado bastante cuando escuche el ensayo al otro dia y por eso decidi subir este video, aunque la toma no es ideal, sirve mucho de* registro*. Que dicho sea de paso, es para mi, uno de los motivos principales de
hacer este blogging en el blockchain.
Les cuento un poco los detalles tecnicos, para quien le interese.
Para grabar tengo una interfaz de audio M-AUDIO de dos canales, y como precisaba 3 canales como minimo (voz, guitarra y djembe) lo que hice fue usar la salida de linea de mi Amplificador que llevaba la voz y la guitarra a la interfaz y para grabar el djembe puse un mic condenser (atado a una silla porque no tengo otro pie de mic jajaja) que obviamente tambien estaba captando el sonido ambiente. La mezcla de las dos señales despues de los procesos de eq, compresion, etc resulto bastante mejor de lo que esperaba.
Otra cosa que estaba probando, es usar un Irig (no el original) que me compre para ponerle FX a la guitarra y la verdad que tambien me sorprendio. Por eso tambien me ven luchando con los acoples y el iphone para poner un delay en un momento del video.
Bueno, hasta ahi un poco de lo que queria contar del ensayo, ya se vendran videos mejores con mi compañero Sebastian.

To record I have a two-channel M-AUDIO audio interface, and as I needed at least 3 channels (voice, guitar and djembe) what I did was to use the line output of my amplifier that carried the voice and guitar to the interface and to record the djembe I put a condenser mic (tied to a chair because I have no other mic stand hahaha) that obviously was also capturing the ambient sound. The mix of the two signals after the processes of eq, compression, etc. turned out much better than I expected.
Another thing I was trying, is to use an Irig (not the original one) that I bought to put FX to the guitar and the truth is that I was also surprised. That's why you can also see me struggling with the couplers and the iphone to put a delay in a moment of the video.
