Let's talk games.

We all know Hive is known for the games built on the blockchain, the most known of course would be Splinterlands, but there are a lot of games being played and created on the Hive blockchain. A fairly new one named Terracore just landed on our doorsteps, I'm sure mostly everyone has seen or heard of it by now as I am not the first to write up something about the game.

I'll try to keep this short and simple, oh and the game is still in a fairly early stage of development so don't expect fireworks from it just yet. With that said I do believe it might have genuine potential if they steer in the right directions.

So far it really is pretty basic and easy to play, when opening the web page the first time you will be prompted to enter your HIVE blockchain handle or tag (Your name on the blockchain)

Keep in mind that once you connect to the game it will request a payment of 20 Hive, apparently today they have a releasing special of 10 Hive so if I was you I'd jump on it now!

Once you've done your payment you will be redirected to the next screen which one can say is basically the "home screen." if that's even still a word people use.

I've not gone far into this game yet as you can see but I have started playing it, now since I haven't played the whole day my $scrap claims and attacks have stacked up, I am currently sitting with 5 claims left and 7 attacks that I can still work in.

Kind of stoked to see that!.

Now let's see if we can't use them up, the attacks not the claims I'm still somewhat unsure what to do with the claims after I have made a claim.

As you can see I've made a claim now and the number of claims have dropped to four and the balance of $scrap that I had in my claiming table shifted towards my wallet.

The Hive shown in this picture below is the liquid Hive I have on Hive, the $scrap shown in the picture is stored on the Hive-engine wallet, so no need to do transfers it's all sent straight to your Hive-Engine

Let the battle rage!

Okay, we've done the claiming of what I had in my stash, I am assuming this is what I mined during the day and so on while I was offline.

Now this is where it gets fun or crappy or both... You have to keep collecting your scrap out of your stash other wise players might be able to steal your $scrap right out of under your nose... this is also why you get more than one claim a day, so don't delay on those claims!

As you can see I was robbed of my $scrap a few times today, which is kinda sad ey but that is the point of it all isn't it!

I can attack something I'm not too sure what it is but let's upgrade my damage real quick and see if it opens up more enemies to attack!

Dayum I really hope so I want to have some vengeance for my lost $scrap.

If you compare this image with the one I shared earlier you can see that my Damage has increased from 10 to 20 by upgrading it for 1 $scrap and to upgrade it any further I need 4 $scrap to get it to 30. This is the same for my defence but the engineering works a little different by the looks of it I also paid 1 $scrap to upgrade it but it only went up with one point.

So the more $scrap you invest the more you can steal and the stronger opponents you can take on.

By upgrading my attack damage I am now able to see other players on the radar, as always we will go for the players that has the most resources tucked away and players who has less defending power than I have attacking power.

Easy easy I made a few scrap, not a lot but every little bit helps!

For now there isn't really much to the game yet but it's still in Alpha so I am expecting a lot more things to be released in the future!
