Everything Has Its Own Time š¶ Take It Easy #APART
Woke up one morning and was ready to start my day and got a surprising welcome at my window. No it weren't my neighbors - not the human kind that is - but definitely familiar. I don't know how many times I've written about living in a rural area and enjoying the trees, sounds and sights of birds (especially when in the kitchen) and everything that comes with it and realizing how blessed I am to experience these.
Yet, it was different this time. These little furry creatures were sitting on my shutters near my desk, with no worries or cares in the world and they weren't even bothered by my presence. I've tried to take pictures a couple of times before, but never so up close. Later, one left while the other stayed for some time. I sat down at my desk working and not bothering it, which seemed to be fine for that little critter. "I don't bother you, you don't bother me" we both seemed to be thinking.
During this time I remembered the verse from the Bible Matthew 6:26
"Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one [a]cubit to his stature?"
This reminded me not to worry, because I can't control everything and that it's ok to believe that it'll be alright. Just like how Hopeton Lewis sang in the song Take It Easy, I'll remember to take it easy and that there's no need to hurry or worry. Nothing will come before its time and that everything has its own time.
How about you? Will you take it easy, especially during these times?

At our place huge flocks of parrots fly overhead every evening, a magical time of the day. Thanks for turning me on to Hopeton Lewis, never heard of him until this post.
So not so long ago there was a storm brewing and the sky (winged creatures) looked lost. It was then that I saw a lot of those parrots in such a large quantity behind my house for the first time. It was truly breathtaking. I tried to get a good picture, but was a bit too far and it started getting dark out.
I do get up with lots of other types of birds though, but not those parrots hihi.
