Llegó el día de unirnos, una vez más, en esta iniciativa que promueve @victoriabsb, que es muy importante y saludable para el fortalecimiento de la comunidad (entra en el link si quieres saber todos los detalles). La idea esta vez es alentar a todos los hispanos que aquí hacemos vida, a aportar nuestro granito de arena en pro de nuestro crecimiento, y por ende, de la plataforma ¿De qué manera? pues sencillamente haciendo Power-Up de los hives que puedas disponer hoy, y así, de cierta manera, generar algún impacto perceptible.

The day has come to join, once again, in this initiative that promotes @victoriabsb, which is very important and healthy for the strengthening of the community (enter the link if you want to know all the details). The idea this time is to encourage all the Hispanics who live here to do their bit for our growth, and therefore, for the platform "How?" simply by making Power-Up of the hives that you can have today, and thus, in a certain way, generate some perceptible impact.

Somos una comunidad numerosa, por lo tanto debemos ser capaces de dar una muestra de lo que se puede lograr con unión, voluntad y organización. Para mí es emocionante cada vez que puedo hacer algo por este sitio que tanto le aporta a mi día a día. Somos responsables de cuidarlo y propiciar que cada vez sea más influyente y poderoso. Como partícipes debemos proyectar nuestro crecimiento, para a mediano plazo ser parte de esas bases que aporten más que contenido a este hermoso lugar.

We are a large community, so we must be able to show what can be achieved with union, will and organization. For me it is exciting every time I can do something for this site that brings so much to my day-to-day life. We are responsible for taking care of it and making it more influential and powerful. As participants we must project our growth, to be part of those bases that contribute more than content to this beautiful place in the medium term.

Cualquier sistema requiere de inversión de capital para salir a flote. Una de las ventajas de nuestra amada HIVE es que nos ha permitido, a la mayoría de nosotros, monetizar invirtiendo sólo tiempo y creatividad; sin embargo, como en toda economía, debemos también ahorrar para invertir. Si queremos que nuestro progreso sea acorde a nuestro esfuerzo, debemos alimentar nuestro HP, que en este caso es como nuestra cuenta bancaria. Mientras más tengamos, más podemos hacer, porque el HP te permite apoyar a los demás y es tan generoso que incluso recibes también recompensas por eso. Es cierto que si tenemos poco el impacto es poco, pero la idea es mejorar eso. Debemos tener conciencia que si retiramos todo lo que recibimos, no estamos construyendo, sino destruyendo.

Any system requires capital investment to come to fruition. One of the advantages of our beloved HIVE is that it has allowed most of us to monetize by investing only time and creativity; however, as in any economy, we must also save to invest. If we want our progress to be commensurate with our effort, we must feed our HP, which in this case is like our bank account. The more we have, the more we can do, because HP allows you to support others and is so generous that you even receive rewards for it. It is true that if we have little the impact is little, but the idea is to improve that. We must be aware that if we take away everything we receive, we are not building, but destroying.

Sé que la situación económica para muchos de nosotros no es fácil, sin embargo, siempre hay que hacer el esfuerzo de hacer lo correcto, porque si matamos a la vaca ¿qué ganamos? Al menos debemos tener configuradas las recompensas al 50% de manera de que la mitad de lo que percibes vaya a tu cuenta de HIVE (HP). Particularmente siempre he respetado eso, nunca he hecho Power-Down (Retiro de fondos del HP) y más bien cada vez que puedo le aporto capital (Power-Up). Siempre sueño con que el valor de la moneda incremente considerablemente y esa cuenta sea muy poderosa. Mi inversión es a futuro y lo más bonito es que puedo tener ese sueño, aun habiendo tenido tan poco para empezar, porque aquí en Venezuela, somos muchos los que tenemos acceso a Internet (con todo lo mejorable que pueda ser) y móvil o computadora, que sería lo mínimo que necesitas para activar tu cuenta y empezar a crear.

I know that the economic situation for many of us is not easy, however, we must always make the effort to do the right thing, because if we kill the cow, what do we gain? We must at least have the rewards set at 50% so that half of what you earn goes into your HIVE (HP) account. I have always particularly respected that, I have never done Power-Down (HP withdrawal) and rather every time I can I contribute capital (Power-Up). I always dream that the value of the currency will increase considerably and that account will be very powerful. Bueno estoy hablando mucho, vayamos a la acción que interesa en este momento, mi Power-Up del día. Revisé en mi publicación del mes pasado y lo hice por 10 hives, en esta ocasión lo haré por el doble, y pienso seguir incrementándolo cada mes, porque tengo la confianza de que, de la misma manera, mis ingresos también irán subiendo.

Well I'm talking a lot, let's go to the action that matters right now, my Power-Up of the day. Every contribution, however small, is valuable, and it feels great. It is knowing that you are making an effort, doing your part, and it is one of the many ways we can help strengthen this ecosystem, an interest that is common to all of us who make life here.
