Strawberry Smoothie

Hello guys....

Today I will draw in my new drawing book, this is the first time I draw in this drawing book. And this is also a type and size of drawing book which i have never tried before, i am getting very excited about this.

I'm going to use a picture book that I bought at a shop called KKV, this is one of those shops with a lot of art supplies. The drawing book that I bought is an A4 drawing book, this is the biggest drawing book I have ever bought before. I don't dare to draw on large paper, but this time I want to try it. Each paper in this drawing book has a thickness of 160 gsm and has 30 sheets of paper, this drawing book can be used for colored pencils, pencils, crayons, charcoal and markers. I never had a picture book that was suitable for markers before, so I was really curious about this drawing book.

And other supplies that I will use are alcohol markers, size 005 drawing pens and white gelly roll pens size 10, as well as pencils and erasers.

If all the art supplies have been prepared, then it's time to start drawing. I'm going to draw a strawberry smoothie with cream, strawberries and donuts on top, and also two donuts on the sides. I saw this image on pinterest and was interested in redrawing it. First I will draw using a pencil, you don't need to be too neat, I will make a rough sketch first.

Then I'll redraw using drawing pen 005, then erase the rough sketch with an eraser.

Then I'll start coloring it using alcohol marker, I'll color it lightly first on each part to be colored. Then coloring again by giving some color details and giving a darker color in some parts of the draw.

And finally I'm going to use a white pen to create a light effect. And I finished drawing in my new drawing book, actually this drawing book did not meet my expectations, I hoped that this drawing book would not make the alcohol marker get on the paper afterwards but unfortunately the paper after was even exposed to the alcohol marker. Although this is still pretty good, because the color of the alcohol marker looks really good, and this drawing book is also comfortable to use when using a pencil.
