Hi everyone, I'm @surrealfia. I'm relatively new to Hive. blog. But you know what? One of the first few things that I had noticed here was a few posts from the Blogging Challenge. So my curious mind told me to click on it and I found my way to here. 30 Days Blogging Challenge Part - 2 was ongoing at that time. It caught my attention in an instant. I know I have delayed a little to start this challenge. Initially, I thought of starting with Part-1 but then well nevermind. So I'm kicking off with the first part of the 30 Days Blogging Challenge Part - 1 | Day -1. Kudos for the start.

Day -1 | Explain Your Blog Name

Now, this got me thinking a lot. I have no idea why I chose to be @surrealfia. First I'll explain what and then why. My name is Kashfia and my friends call me Fia. So I just added Surreal with Fia and voila. I know, you might be thinking why Surreal. I guess I'm trying to cover my true personality with a little bit of facade. Now, my personality, I'm a goofy person; very jolly, always smiling and joking around. That's the person I am, my true nature. Let's see what Surreal means:

Surreal means having the qualities of surrealism; bizarre. Similar to unusual, strange, unreal; maybe I have a little bit of strangeness, maybe I'm unusual a little, bizarre a little too or maybe all of it just covers my goofy childlike nature. So it can be said that SurrealFia is my alternate personality.

So much has happened since I joined. I have made a few friends who were having a hard time understanding my username so they started calling me Suri. I don't know why started calling me Suri. One day, out of curiosity I googled what Suri means. Suri means Princess in one translation and Red Rose in another. Well, it's not the same meaning everywhere. So, I have become quite a unique combo myself, haven't I?

This is the 30 Days Blogging Challenge. I'm not going to say it's quite easy, but then again how are you going to find out what's within you or what your capabilities are if you don't come out of your bubbles! So, give it shot.

The 30 Days Blogging Challenge has been very fun for me. I don't know how much you'll agree with me though. There's good and bad everywhere, in every person. They're good and bad in me and I embrace all of it. Maybe SurrealFia is my alternate personality or maybe it's truly who I am. I always say that I'm discovering myself.
