Espero que se encuentren super bien, que estén gozando de mucha salud y amor en sus vidas, por mi parte me encuentro excelente feliz de poder compartir con ustedes un poco de lo que fue la última vez que comí sushi, pues tenía unas cuantas semanas sin hacerlo, ya que me había propuesto ahorrar dinero, eso incluía frenar un poco lo que más consumía recurrentemente y sí, soy adicta al sushi jajaja por lo menos una vez a la semana no podía faltar en mi casa, a veces pienso en, porque no conocí el sushi antes? Y sé que todo fue por mí, tenía miedo, de que no me gustara, ya que lo que oía normalmente del sushi era solo “pescado crudo y arroz”, lo cual no suena atractivo, luego al mudarme de ciudad y vivir nuevas experiencias, me atreví a vivir esta y desde entonces, el sushi es una de mis comidas favoritas, además de la pasta carbonara y las chuletas ahumadas con miel y mostaza!.

And I know it was all because of me, I was afraid, that I wouldn't like it, since what I usually heard about sushi was just "raw fish and rice", which doesn't sound appealing, then when I moved to a new city and lived new experiences, I dared to live this one and since then, sushi is one of my favorite foods, besides pasta carbonara and smoked chops with honey and mustard!

Aquí en la Isla he probado buen sushi en general, como también tragedias que no sé cómo aún siguen vendiendo “sushi”, pero yo siempre prefiero quedarme con lo bueno, Bonsai siempre será mi opción número uno, no solo lo digo por sus superpromociones de 12 rolls por 6$, sino por sus sabores, hasta ahora solo dos lugares le hacen la competencia, Omasake y Albatroz, dos lugares donde venden buen sushi y a buen precio también, aun así, como les dije, Bonsai siempre se me antoja, así que para volver a comer sushi luego de un tiempo sin hacerlo, elegí mi querida Bonsai.

Me encanta ser clienta fija del restaurante jaja la atención suele ser muy buena y rápida, solo voy a mi WhatsApp, les digo lo que quiero y procesan mi pedido mientras decido como pagar, además si los quiero de inmediato, suelen prepararlos rápido, yo me decidí esta vez por dos fríos y uno tempura, cuando comencé a degustar sushi lo hacía solo tempura, pues descubrí que era la mejor forma de comerlo en ese entonces, hoy en día admito que me enamora más un sushi frío, supongo que los gustos van cambiando y mejorando con el tiempo, el sushi estaba exquisito, me encantaron todos y los disfrute bastante, volver a comerlo luego de mucho tiempo fue glorioso, la próxima vez será con @rlathulerie, nos debemos una salida a Bonsai para comer sushi y conversar muchísimo jajaja.
