En la empresa donde trabajo acostumbran a realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y premiar a los mejores empleados del semestre de cada área de trabajo.
In the company where I work, they usually conduct performance evaluations and reward the best employees of the semester in each work area.
En total entre las tres sedes somos 400 empleados y el premio lo ganamos solo 60 personas y sí, leyeron bien, dije ganamos!
In total between the three sites we are 400 employees and the prize was won by only 60 people and yes, you read that right, I said we won!
Mi calificación fue la más alta del equipo de Talento Humano de las tres sedes y la verdad es que esta noticia me puso muy feliz y me llenó de orgullo.
My rating was the highest in the Human Talent team of the three sites and the truth is that this news made me very happy and filled me with pride.
Lo que más me llenó de alegría es que pude sentir que realmente valoran mi trabajo, me sentí valorada en la organización, no sólo es un trabajo de hormiguita sino que también me hago notar y eso para mí es muy importante.
What filled me with joy is that I could feel that my work is really valued, I felt valued in the organization, it is not only an ant's work but also that I get noticed and that is very important for me.
Se realizó una pequeña pero significativa ceremonia para la entrega de certificados, donde también nos obsequiaron un chocolate grande y un vale para canjearlo por una hamburguesa y un refresco o por un waffle y un refresco 😁 🤤
A small but meaningful ceremony was held for the presentation of certificates, where we were also presented with a large chocolate and a voucher to redeem for a hamburger and a soft drink or a waffle and a soft drink 😁 🤤.
La ceremonia comenzó con unas palabras a cargo de mi jefa, quien es la Gerente de Talento Humano, seguidas por una charla de la Gerente General, la verdad es que ambas fueron motivadoras y en lo personal me hicieron sentir orgullosa de estar allí sentada y ser parte de la organización.
The ceremony began with a few words from my boss, who is the Human Resources Manager, followed by a talk from the General Manager, both were motivating and personally made me feel proud to be sitting there and be part of the organization.
Para cerrar el acto, comimos unos pastelitos con masato (una bebida preparada a base de arroz y es un poco fermentado).
To close the event, we ate some pastries with masato (a drink prepared from rice and is a little fermented).
Luego de eso nos tomamos un par de fotos y aquí les mostraré algunas de ellas.

En fin, fue un gran día, me siento muy feliz por todos y cada uno de mis logros por más pequeños o grandes que sean, por mi crecimiento no solo profesional sino personal, por poder contar con un buen equipo de trabajo, por mi jefa que siempre nos guía hacia la excelencia, por
@isamorales que me apoya siempre en lo personal y en lo laboral, que me aguanta mis rabietas, que tolera mi estrés causado en la oficina y me ayuda a despejar la mente en casa y por mi vida, porque soy muy afortunada y bendecida en todos los aspectos aunque a veces lo olivde.
Anyway, it was a great day, I feel very happy for each and every one of my achievements no matter how small or big they are, for my growth not only professionally but personally, for being able to count on a good work team, for my boss who always guides us towards excellence, for
@isamorales who always supports me personally and at work, who puts up with my tantrums, who tolerates my stress caused in the office and helps me to clear my mind at home and for my life, because I am very lucky and blessed in all aspects even though sometimes I forget it.
