Чудесната ми активност днес е следствие на доста задачи, които и имах да свърша, и 35 минутната "разходка" която направих на пътеката. Малко ме наболяват колената, и за това тази седмица сменям бягането с ходене.
My great activity today is a consequence of a lot of tasks I had to complete and the 35 minute "walk" I did on the trail. My knees hurt a little, so this week I'm switching from running to walking.
