Slide Selection Challenge: Picking the Perfect Replacement

I am not the kind of person who is keen on dressing; this is why I don't have a lot of clothes, slides, and shoes. I spend most of my money on gadgets compared to the way I buy clothing materials for myself.

Most of the clothes I wear out are mostly plain T-shirts, and why? This is because they are easy to get around me and are very cheap. The only disadvantage of these plain t-shirts is that they fade over time.

Aside from plain T-shirts being available and easy to get, they are very comfortable and rock well if complimented well with the right colour of shoes and jeans. The black and white plain T-shirts are the ones I like the most, but I don't wear the white out often because of the fear that it would get stained, so most often, I rock the black and grey.

Just like in the images below, plain T-shirts can be very fitting.

Although the reason for this post is not to talk about plain T-shirts, my love for these types of tees can't seem to be hidden.

From my thumbnail, you can see how bad my slides are looking; they are the only palm slides I have left and have been managing for some months. I once gave it to a cobbler to help with it, but now it is way beyond repair and needs a change. I should have changed it a long time ago, but due to the fact that I don't place these things as very important, they don't always come to mind, and now I am intentional about getting something that will last.

I cannot imagine how I used this palm to cause this much damage. It is so bad that I am afraid of it breaking into two while I work on the road. The little issue I have is that I don't have a spare palm to manage until I get a new one, and I rarely wear shoes. They are not my preferred option for a regular stroll or going out sometimes.

My neighbour is a cobbler, and she makes shoes and slides. I have promised her that I will patronise her one day. So I thought this was the time to send her a DM, check her catalogue, and select two nice palm slides for her to make for me.

She had a lot of slides in her catalogue, but I chose these four and had to pick two from these four.

I really like A because of how attractive it looks, but I am afraid that it would have a heavy sole. There was one that I had previously; the sole used to be very heavy for me and made my leg hurt overtime when I wore it out.

Before making my selections, I met with my brother to know what he thought and to know his selections. It was his selection that I chose out of the 4. As much as I would love to tell his selections, I would want to leave it for my readers to guess which of them my brother chose. I would send a little prize if you guessed right.
