平衡

世上的万物都处于矛盾之中。某种哲学理论认为，矛盾推动了世界的发展。这个理论是否正确？反正也说不清楚，这类东西经常是公说公有理，婆说婆有理。但有一点倒是比较肯定的，就是既然有矛盾，我们就得找平衡。讲究平衡，才能把事情做好。

所谓平衡，可以理解为要在利和弊之间把握好火候。世上没有十全十美的事情，很多事物，有有利的一面，也有不利的一面。做事的时候，两方面都得考虑清楚，均衡利弊，才能做出最合理的选择。就好像药物，有利的一面是可以治病，不利的一面是药物都有毒性。所谓是药三分毒，毒的过了头就成了杀人药了。所以在药物开发的过程中，就要把握好治病和毒性之间的平衡。这两方面都不能荒废，否则的话就成了有毒的好药，或者无毒的废药，这些都是没有什么卵用的。

所以说，平衡最重要。换句话说就是要照顾到方方面面，才能让各方都满意。
