Hi Hive friends ☺ Today's temptation is this cheesecake with bananas and mascarpone 🥰 I have changed the recipe,basically this cheesecake is baked,but I decided to make it in my version,because with this heat the oven did not want to turn on and at the end of the post you will find out if I liked it or not:

Ingredients:
For the base:
√ 200 g of normal cookies.
√ 65 g margarine
For the cream:
√ 2 bananas
√ 500 g mascarpone
√ 200 g white chocolate
√ 3 sheets of gelatin
For the topping:
√ 2 bananas
√ 50 ml pastry cream
√ cinnamon
√ 40 g brown sugar
√ 20 of margarine/butter

Ingredientes:
Para la base:
√ 200 g de galletas normales
√ 65 g de margarina
Para la crema:
√ 2 plátanos
√ 500 g de mascarpone
√ 200 g de chocolate blanco
√ 3 hojas de gelatina
Para la cobertura:
√ 2 plátanos
√ 50 ml de crema pastelera
√ canela
√ 40 g de azúcar moreno
√ 20 de margarina/mantequilla

√ 2 банана

За топинга:
√ 2 банана
√ 50 мл сладкарска сметана

√ 40 гр кафява захар
√ 20 маргарин / масло

Preparation:
In a mixer, we break the cookies and beat them.We melt the margarine for 30 seconds in the microwave.We pour the cookies into the mold and add the margarine.With a spoon, we shape the base and put it in the fridge.

En una batidora, rompemos las galletas y las batimos.Derretimos la margarina durante 30 segundos en el microondas.Vertemos las galletas en el molde y añadimos la margarina.Con una cuchara, damos la forma a la base y la metemos al frigorífico.

В блендер начупваме бисквитите и ги блендираме.Разтопяваме маргарина за 30 секунди в микровълновата.Изсипваме бисквитите във формата и към тях добавяме маргарина.С лъжица оформяме блата и пребираме в хладилника.

Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork and set aside.Pour cold water into a bowl and add the jellies.

Pelamos los plátanos, aplastarlos con un tenedor y reservamos.Vertermos agua fría en un bol y añadimos las gelatinas.

Обелваме бананите, с вилица ги намачваме и оствяме на страна.В купа наливаме студена вода и слагаме желатините.

Pour the mascarpone into a bowl and beat until creamy.melt the white chocolate and add it to the mascarpone and beat again.then add the bananas and beat.

Vertemos el mascarpone en un bol y batimos hasta que esté cremoso.Derretimos el chocolate blanco y añadirlo al mascarpone y batimos de nuevo.Luego añadimos los plátanos y batimos.

В купа изсипваме маскарпонето и го разбиваме до получаването на крем.Разтопяваме белия шоколад и го добавяме към маскарпонето и отново разбиваме.След това добавяме и бананите и разбиваме.

Remove the gelatin from the water and put it in another bowl without squeezing it so that it does not lose its firming effect.Put it in the microwave for 20 seconds to melt.When we take it out add a spoonful of the cream and stir to equalize the temperatures of the gelatin and the cream.Then pour the gelatin into the cream and stir well.

Sacamos la gelatina del agua y la ponemos en otro bol sin apretarla para que no pierda su efecto reafirmante.La métemos en el microondas durante 20 segundos para que se derrita.Cuando la saquemos añádele una cucharada de la crema y removemos para igualar las temperaturas de la gelatina y la crema.Luego vertemos la gelatina en la crema y removemos bien.

Изваждаме желатина от водата и до слагаме в друга купа без да го изцеждаме, за да не загуби ефекта си на стягане.Слагаме го за 20 секунди в микровълновата за да се разтопи.Когато го извадим понеже е много горещ към него добавяме една лъжица от крема и бъркаме за да изравним температурите на желатина и крема.След това изсипваме желатина към крема и бъркаме добре.

Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour the cream inside, shape it with a spoon and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

Sacamos el molde de la nevera y vertemos la crema en su interior.Damos forma con una cuchara y dejamos en la nevera durante 3,4 horas.

Вадим формата от хладилника и изсипваме крема вътре.Оформяме с лъжица и оставяме за 3,4 часа.

Take the bananas, peel and slice them in the middle and then into loins, put the butter in the pan and when it starts to melt add the sugar and stir. When the sugar melts we also add the bananas stir and add the banana cream.(I put cinnamon and vinyl sugar but I forgot 🤷🤦).We leave 5 minutis and remove from heat.We leave 10 minitos to cool.

Cogemos los plátanos, pélamos y córtamls por el medio y luego en lomos.Ponemos la mantequilla en la sartén y cuando empiece a derretirse añadimos el azúcar y removemos. Cuando el azúcar se derrita también añadimos los plátanos removemos y añadimos la crema de plátanos.(Se Poner canela y azúcar vinílico pero se me olvidó 🤷🤦).Dejarmos 5 minutis y retiramos del fuego.Dejamos 10 minitos para que se enfríe.

Вземаме бананите, белим ги и след това ги разрязваме през средата и после на гръгчета.В тигана слагаме маслото и когато започне да се разтапя добавяме захарта и бъркаме.Когато и захарта се разтопи добавяме и бананите бъркаме и добавяме и сметанат.(Слага се канела и винилова захар, но аз забравил 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️).Оставяме за 5 минути и махаме от котлона.Оставяме го за 10 мин да изстине.

We take out the cake and put a wooden spoon,because the icing is still warm and does not fall directly.We spread it all over and put it back in the fridge for 1,2 hours.

Sacamos la tarta y ponemos una cuchara de madera,por que la cobertura aún está caliente y no cae directamente.Repartimos por todo y volvemos a meter en la nevera durante 1,2 horas.

Вадим тортата и слагаме дървена лъжица,защого топинга все още е топъл и да не пада директно.Разпределяме навсякъде и отново в хладилника за 1,2 часа.
