10,000 IU Vit D3 in winter, with K2, Zinc copper, magnesium, NAC

Need to balance so one doesn’t cause deficiency in the other and resulting in unintended outcome.

I don’t need extra vit C supplements, I get enough of it from citrus.

I haven’t been sick all this time.

The problem with food today is they are lacking trace minerals. You can be full (empty calories) but not getting what your body needs. Fat and inflammation in the body just to tuck away excess toxins from the food and environment.

Mass production, chemical fertilizers, and depleted soil health is my guess.

Same for meat productions, antibiotics overuse, crowded unhealthy growing environment.

I buy from local independent farmers whenever possible.
