A Sweet Ending: Wrapping Up with Peace, Ice Cream & Nature at Bee Farm

After days filled with breathtaking adventures exploring Bohol’s stunning seas and climbing its majestic mountains, we were ready for a more laid-back, soulful experience to wrap up our trip. Our last destination was the Bohol Bee Farm, a place known for its organic charm, unique flavors, and peaceful vibes. It promised to be the perfect finale to our Bohol journey.

We arrived at Bohol Bee Farm around 3PM, coming straight from Panglao. The drive was short and peaceful, and as we approached the entrance, we could already feel the shift in mood lush greenery, rustic wooden accents, and that cozy, laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and stay a little longer.

We were looking forward to seeing the bees, of course, but one of the staff explained that there had been a typhoon just two months ago, and the bee colonies were scattered and displaced during the storm. It was a little disappointing, but also a reminder of how nature can be both beautiful and vulnerable.

Still, the place had its own charm beyond the bees. We found their lounged area, a beautiful spot with hanging chairs, colorful cushions, and wooden benches overlooking the sea. It gave off a cozy, boho feel—perfect for relaxing, journaling, or just enjoying the view in silence.

We also discovered that you can go down to the lower level, where there's a little pathway leading to more seating and a view of the water. It felt like a hidden nook—peaceful, quiet, and ideal for those who just want to breathe and take it all in. The sound of the waves and rustling leaves made it feel like time slowed down for a moment.

The farm also has a small souvenir shop and spa, offering local, handmade products like honey, spreads, teas, and bath essentials. It's the kind of place where every corner has something thoughtful and natural—nothing feels commercial, and everything is rooted in simplicity and wellness.

Before heading out, we made sure to try their famous ice cream. The flavors were anything but ordinary like malunggay, spicy ginger, coconut, and more. But the real surprise? The cone! It was made from cassava crisp, slightly chewy, and way more interesting than your typical waffle cone. Every bite felt intentional and homemade, just like the rest of the farm.

Visiting Bohol Bee Farm was a nice way to relax and enjoy simple things after our busy days. It showed us how special nature and community can be. If you’re in Bohol, don’t miss this peaceful and lovely place. It’s good for both the body and the heart.

Yes @katiekate86 . We still appreciate the place, and no one leaves there without trying their ice cream.
