Hello everybody, How are you? We arrived again at the end of the year and now in the final stretch, starting with Christmas and then the New Year, parties, family gatherings and friends, or even having a calmer and more peaceful passage in your corner.

Regardless of what each one is or how they want to be, I learned a lot living in this virtual community that is Hive and even more focused with the Brazilian HiveBR community.

I feel that I've conquered a lot here and that the main thing is the new friendships I've made here, in addition to my initiation into the crypto world, as I currently only focus on hive, as I like the way we work, creating content and adding knowledge to everyone.

Some points I want to raise as achievements for this year-end:

• I reached the mark of 3,000 of fixed HP or as I like to call it organic:

This shows that I am committed to improving more and more and that since the 05/08/2021th, 595 days or 1 year and 7 months have passed, I have done everything to be frequent and participatory with the community.

Unfortunately, life out here doesn't stop and there's often not enough time to write something with great quality or that draws attention, but I've always tried to keep a high level, explaining various details whatever the subject and focusing on creating something cool so that everyone can get information or have fun.

I really hope I can keep up this pace of 1 post a day, because above all, it's great therapy for me, not to mention that I have a lot of fun thinking: “what will be the next post?”.

Our community has grown a lot and has all the potential to grow much more, after all we are always trying to bring more people to this fantastic universe that is the hive.

Therefore, the more people are together, strengthening the community, the more fun and interesting everything becomes. One hand always trying to help another and so we all progress more efficiently!

Our Discord server is also always lively, with people talking, asking questions, outlining the best strategies for growth, among others.

It's the kind of union I hope to see one day in our reality, with people being more understanding and helping each other with more affection and love.

All the affection and dedication that the members of the “Hive BR” guild have with the goals and desire to grow within Splinterlands. It's sensational how we've evolved so much and in such a short time.

We can see that we have entered the clan wars 100% of the time and with a 99% completion rate of battles. Our average placement is third, but in recent battles we have won first and second place a few times, showing all the will to win that we have.

It's been a long time since so much organization and commitment from several people looking for the same goal has come, that's a great motivation to keep fighting and always improving!

Well, that's it, this Christmas will be very warm and even in the face of so many doubts and challenges, we remain firm, always looking for an improvement in our lives.

I hope to grow a lot at #hive in the coming year of 2023 and I know that I need to focus more and improve my content even more, but with faith and dedication, I know I will get there!

Olá pessoal, tudo bem com vocês? Chegamos novamente em mais um fim de ano e agora na reta final, começando com o natal e depois o ano novo, as festas, as reuniões de família e com os amigos, ou até mesmo realizar uma passagem mais calma e tranquila no seu cantinho.

Independente do que cada um é ou como deseja ser, aprendi muita coisa vivendo nessa comunidade virtual que é a hive e mais focado ainda com a comunidade brasileira HiveBR.

Sinto que conquistei muita coisa aqui e que a principal dela é as novas amizades que aqui fiz, além da iniciação no mundo cripto, pois atualmente tenho foco somente na hive, pois gostei da forma como trabalhamos, criando conteúdo e somando conhecimento para todos.

Alguns pontos que quero levantar como conquistas para esse fim de ano:

• Cheguei a marca de 3.000 de HP fixo ou como gosto de chamar orgânico:

Isso mostra que estou empenhado em melhorar cada vez mais e que desde o dia 08/05/2021 já se passaram 595 dias ou 1 ano e 7 meses, tenho feito de tudo para ser frequente e participativo com a comunidade.

Infelizmente, a vida aqui fora não para e muitas vezes falta tempo para escrever algo com muita qualidade ou que chame atenção, mas, tenho tentado sempre manter um alto nível, explicando vários detalhes seja qual for o assunto e focando em criar algo bacana para que todos possam se informar ou se divertir.

Espero muito conseguir manter esse ritmo de 1 postagem por dia, pois além de tudo, é uma grande terapia para mim, sem contar que me divirto muito pensando: “qual será a próxima postagem?”.

Nossa comunidade tem crescido bastante e tem todo o potencial para crescer muito mais, afinal estamos sempre tentando trazer mais pessoas para esse universo fantástico que é a hive.

Sendo assim, quanto mais pessoas estão juntas, fortalecendo a comunidade, mais divertido e interessante tudo se torna. Uma mão sempre tentando ajudar outra e assim, todos progredimos com mais eficiência!

Nosso servidor no Discord, também está sempre animado, com o pessoal conversando, tirando dúvidas, traçando as melhores estratégias para crescimento, entre outros.

É o tipo de união que espero ver um dia na nossa realidade, com as pessoas sendo mais compreensivas e ajudando com mais carinho e amor umas com as outras.

Todo o carinho e dedicação que os membros da guilda “Hive BR” tem com os objetivos e a vontade de crescer dentro do Splinterlands. É sensacional como evoluímos tanto e em tão pouco tempo.

Podemos observar que temos entrado 100% das vezes na guerra de clãs e com um índice de 99% de preenchimento das batalhas. Nossa colocação média é o terceiro lugar, mas nas últimas batalhas temos conquistado algumas vezes o primeiro e o segundo lugar, mostrando toda a vontade de vencer que temos.

Havia muito tempo que não vinha tanta organização e empenho de várias pessoas buscando um mesmo objetivo, isso é uma grande motivação para continuar lutando e melhorando sempre!

Bem, é isso, esse natal será bem caloroso e mesmo diante de tantas dúvidas e desafios, seguimos firme, buscando sempre uma melhoria para nossas vidas.

Espero crescer muito na #hive nesse ano de 2023 que está chegando e sei que preciso focar mais e melhorar muito mais meus conteúdos, mas com fé e dedicação, sei que chegarei lá!
