I feel that sometimes I get lost in the midst of so many things to do and in the many paths we can take within the hive. With that, I've been thinking a lot that a good strategy is essential to be able to define as efficiently as possible where we start and where we want to go.

Most of the time, I tend to be confused about which guideline to focus on, I believe many feel that too. So I calmed down and took the time to observe and learn how the greats of the ecosystem do. What's the cool strategy they use?

So, gradually I was putting together my own strategy and I'm a few months away from starting to put what I learned into practice. I confess that the main thing is to really write down what you want, whether on paper, notepad or spreadsheets (our famous Excel or Google Sheets).

Getting the idea out of my head and transcribing it somewhere was the best thing I did and now I see much more clearly how I will proceed with my strategy. I'm looking forward to it, because then I know I'll be able to progress well in the various layers that make up this amazing place called #hive.

Sinto que às vezes fico perdido no meio de tantas coisas para fazer e nos vários caminhos que podemos seguir dentro da hive. Com isso, tenho pensado muito que uma boa estratégia é essencial para podermos definir com a maior eficiência possível de onde começamos e para onde queremos ir.

Na maior parte do tempo, costumo estar confuso sobre qual diretriz focar, acredito que muitos sentem isso também. Por isso, me acalmei e dei tempo ao tempo para poder observar e aprender como os grandes do ecossistema fazem. Qual a estratégia bacana que eles utilizam?

Sendo assim, gradualmente fui montando a minha própria estratégia e estou há alguns meses de começar a colocar em prática o que aprendi. Confesso que o principal é realmente anotar o que você quer, seja em um papel, bloco de notas ou planilhas (nosso famoso Excel ou Google Sheets).

Tirar a ideia da cabeça e transcrever para algum lugar foi a melhor coisa que fiz e agora vejo com muito mais clareza como procederei com minha estratégia. Estou ansioso, pois assim, sei que conseguirei progredir bem nas várias camadas que formam esse lugar incrível chamado #hive.
