There is also a chess coin in this project. I tried it out and it is nothing, really, without players it is nothing at all. We have with lichess.org a open source free web page with all the possibilities to reward the players as we do in our tournaments. I see no advantage for a new page with 20 players. As I try for 3 years now to get some players more active in the community, writing post, analysing and so on. And what happens, not much. Chess players are special and not as communicative as normal people :)

maybe it is worth holding 1/960th tournaments there to support the project? But, having poked everything, I did not find any creation of tournaments or playersможет быть стоит проводить 1/960-ые турниры там, чтоб поддержать проект? Но, всё перетыкав, не обнаружил ни создания турниров, ни игроков

Lichess has now 70-120 tausend players all times. At this level it makes sense to organize anything.
Lets find a way to make lichess the home and go from there on.
I think there is everything you need, and with hive, steem and blurt we have 3 coins already.
Promotion , sponsorship and such things can make a bit difference.
And of course the members have to be more active anyway.
I think for example a new format with only 2 or 4 players from the pool of our master players play a 2 hour tournament and some of us commenting via zoom on twitch.

для нового формата предлагаю не марафонить, а запускать разные типы шахмат по полчаса с 5-10минутным перерывом.for the new format, I suggest not running a marathon, but launching different types of chess for half an hour with a 5-10 minute break.
