Don’t bite more than you can chew.

Hello everyone,
I got to know this fact that biting more than you can chew is very risky in decisions.

It always feel more peaceful when you cut your shoes according to your size and not making promises that aren’t achievable.

When I get realistic with my decisions feels I get the mind peace and fulfillment.

Rising Attention.
So there’s this matter going on in a business organization I was able to manage for some weeks now;

Materials and substances been used in producing a product are now reduced due to it being affordable. So, the company has to purchase double of normal, to meet up with the companies standard.

While I was still there, I analyzed the production line and in every machine, productions should be in limited amount just to reduce the amount of wastes and give full quality. Making the Production line slow.

After I left back for school; I called for a production check and I discovered the present production manager had started a new production line which would cost the company more fortune, having a low demand in the market sector. The production line runnings presently are very expensive to the customers and takes a longer period before it’s been sold out.

Now, getting higher demands but minimum gain at a faster rate was put to hold by the production manager. But now, runnings a lower demand but would give the company a faster rate.

It’s not too good because when customers don’t purchase the goods the company would run at a loss. So what could possibly be the solution to this mislead of;

  • Poor survey.
  • No mutual understanding.
  • Greed.

I feel very disturbed about how inpatient people can be at times and rush into decisions by not being realistic.

Slow and steady would always meet up with the target. That’s just one fact the management would have to understand if the company does not make Gain.

Should the company keep the higher risk and keep producing or trade at lower cost to make faster sales.

   Suggestions would be appreciated in the comments session.

Thank you for the audience.
