Injusticia (es-en)

Saludos a toda la comunidad de Full Deportes, escribo algo decepcionado, de verdad, jamás pensé ver tanta afrenta contra un futbolista de alto rendimiento. Es triste ver cómo nadie es capaz de reconocerte tu temporada, en donde sencillamente, no fuiste el mejor porque otro futbolista ganó la Champions. Y esto es lo que no te dicen sobre los Premios The Best y la injusticia con Raphinha.

Primero: Contexto rápido

La temporada pasada, Raphinha, fue el mejor futbolista en cuanto a rendimiento individual y colectivo. En 64 partidos, marcó 38 goles y aportó 24 asistencias, o sea 62 contribuciones, lo que significó el 0.88 de promedio por partido. Sencillamente son números que no veíamos desde la época de Messi y Cristiano Ronaldo en Europa.

Pero la injusticia no viene desde ahora, viene de mucho más atrás, viene desde el punto en que el brasileño aún perdiendo aquella semifinal ante el Inter, marcó el último gol del Barça que puso a todos a soñar con la remontada. Fue aquella mirada triste tras perder esa semifinal después de darlo todo. No estábamos preparados para la explosión de un futbolista que muchos veían fuera del Barça.

Segundo: La Polémica

Después de no estar en el Top-3 del Balón de Oro, no estar ni siquiera en el XI del FIFPRO, fue bastante injusto dejarlo fuera del XI ideal en el The Best. Y digo porque la verdad no entiendo absolutamente nada, y ese XI demuestra que los premios ya no miden la temporada en si, sino los votos de personas incompetentes. Y revisando el XI, para mí hay dos futbolistas que sobran.

El primero es Jude Bellingham, porque después de la temporada 23-24, no ha vuelto a ser el mismo, y bajó enormemente su rendimiento la temporada pasada, tanto en contribuciones en donde no llegó a 15, como en títulos en donde se fue en blanco, entonces que necesidad había de poner 4 mediocampistas, cuando podías poner a 3, y poner a Raphinha.

La presencia de Cole Palmer, como expliqué en mi post sobre el Balón de Oro fue por ser solamente el mejor jugador del Mundial de Clubes, en serio por marcar dos goles en la final, ya eres elegible para el XI ideal, me parece algo absurdo. Encima no está Kylian Mbappe que fue la Bota de Oro de Europa, ya de por si me genera dudas de la credibilidad de ese XI.

Tercero: Lograrás levantarte

Y digo esto porque Raphinha, a pesar de que se ha sido bastante injusto con él, no se rinde y sigue aportando al Barcelona y su selección. Hay una frase que dice, los ojos no mienten, y creo que Raphinha le duele la injusticia que le han hecho, sin embargo sigue aportando, porque el no necesita postear en Instagram que lo hará 10 veces mejor, él demuestra en la cancha. Estamos honestamente ante una de las temporadas más infravaloradas de la historia, y créanme aún no estamos preparados para ver la mejor versión de Raphinha. Se dice y no pasa nada.

Injustice

Greetings to the entire Full Deportes community. I write this feeling quite disappointed; I never thought I would witness such an affront against a high-performing footballer. It’s sad to see how no one is capable of recognizing your season, where simply put, you weren’t the best because another footballer won the Champions League. And this is what they don’t tell you about the The Best Awards and the injustice towards Raphinha.

First: Quick Context

Last season, Raphinha was the best footballer in terms of individual and collective performance. In 64 matches, he scored 38 goals and provided 24 assists, totaling 62 contributions, which means an average of 0.88 per match. These are numbers we haven’t seen since the era of Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in Europe. But the injustice doesn’t start now; it goes back much further, to the moment when the Brazilian, even after losing that semifinal against Inter, scored the last goal for Barça that made everyone dream of a comeback. It was that sad look after losing that semifinal despite giving it his all. We weren’t prepared for the explosion of a player that many thought would be out of Barça.

Second: The Controversy

After not being in the Top-3 for the Ballon d'Or, not being included in the FIFPRO XI, it was quite unjust to leave him out of the ideal XI in The Best. And I say this because I honestly don’t understand anything at all, and that XI shows that awards no longer measure the season itself but rather the votes of incompetent people. Looking at the XI, I believe there are two players who don’t belong.

The first is Jude Bellingham, because after the 23-24 season, he hasn’t been the same and significantly dropped his performance last season, both in contributions where he didn’t reach 15 and in titles where he ended up empty-handed. So why have four midfielders when you could have three and include Raphinha? The presence of Cole Palmer, as I explained in my post about the Ballon d'Or, seems to be solely because he was the best player in the Club World Cup; seriously, just for scoring two goals in the final, you’re eligible for the ideal XI? That seems absurd to me. On top of that, Kylian Mbappe isn’t included, who was Europe’s Golden Boot winner; this alone raises doubts about the credibility of that XI.

Third: You Will Rise Again

And I say this because Raphinha, despite the injustice done to him, doesn’t give up and continues to contribute to Barcelona and his national team. There’s a saying that goes, “the eyes don’t lie,” and I believe Raphinha feels the pain of the injustice done to him; however, he keeps contributing because he doesn’t need to post on Instagram that he will do ten times better—he demonstrates it on the pitch. We are honestly witnessing one of the most undervalued seasons in history, and believe me, we are still not ready to see Raphinha’s best version. It’s said and nothing happens.
