Algunos pocos habrán tenido un abuelito con dentadura postiza de esas que ponían en un vaso con agua al lado de la mesita de noche. Y cuando el abuelo se levantaba para ir a comer había que ir a buscar con los polvitos y con la pega especial , recuerdo que se llamaba Corega.
Todavía existe por allí, ahora es menos usada, las personas se cuidan más la dentadura y existe tecnología que si puedes pagar te coloca una buena dentadura casi completa.
Hace poco vi una nueva noticia de que se ha logrado regenerar los dientes, los hacen volver a crecer, ni idea como funciona eso, pero me parece maravilloso en verdad, no tener que perder la dentadura.
No tengo idea si es doloroso este crecimiento, porque los médicos han dicho que si nos crecieran los dientes como a los niños no soportaríamos el dolor y las molestias que ellos experimentan de pequeños. Esa salida de los dientes rompiendo las encías es bastante inquietante para los pequeños que simplemente no saben que les esta pasando y experimentan una molestia.
Estoy pendiente de esas noticias no quiero quedarme sin dientes, pero mientras tanto a cantar la canción de Popy y a cepillarnos las muelitas.

jajajaja, interesante la noticia que cuentas sobre los dientes y su renacer con los avances de la tecnologìa...verdad que serìa maravilloso...recuerdo cuando mis nios estabas en esos meses los mèdicos decìan que la salida de los dientes no producìan ningùn malestar, por supuesto nunca estuve de acuerdo con esa posici`n de muchos pediatras.

Yo he visto muchos niños llorar sin saber expresar que les duele algo y cuando el medico los revisa lo único que tienen inflamado son las encías de los dientes rompiendo la carne. Los adultos no sabemos cuanto duelen, no lo recordamos. Ojala se logre y este al alcance de muchos. Un abrazo.
Lo de hacer crecer los dientes de nuevo me asombra.
Yo recuerdo las dentaduras postizas, y creo que lo más avanzado que recuerdo eran las prótesis dentales que se implantaban directamente en los maxilares. Pero la idea de hacer que vuelvan a crecer dientes ya cuando se pierden en la tercera edad, me parece como de ciencia ficción.
Como siempre, me maravilla como avanza la ciencia en varios campos interesantes.
