(The month of Shaban is virtuous for two special reasons)

The month of Shaban is the 8th month of the Hijri year. This month is very important for us to perform Nafl Ibadat. One more month of Ibadat is important for us in this month and its virtues are infinite.
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to do more deeds in this month than in other months. What did the Prophet (peace be upon him) do in this month and why he gave more importance to this month.
Special events of the month of Shaban
I have said before that the month of Sha'ban is the eighth month of the Hijri year. There was a special accident in this month which is very important for our Muslim men and women. Let's find out what happened.
1 Revealed verse to change the qibla
The month of Shaban was a very important and blessed month. This month took place just two months before the battle of Badr.
Not far from Medina, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions were on their way back to perform the Zuhr prayers.
While the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was praying, Allaah revealed a verse from the Qur'aan and instructed him to change his direction.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
The man has turned his heart and his face into the sky, so you are not satisfied before him
‘Surely I see you again and again looking at the sky, but I will turn you to the cable that you like.
The mosque where the incident took place is the Qiblatain of the mosque. Hajj and Umrah pilgrims still visit that mosque. Praying. The two arches of the mosque are opposite.

1. The verses were revealed on the instructions of reading Darood
   The same verse that was recited to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was also revealed in this month of Sabaan.
   Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to do a lot of deeds during this month and that is why Allah Ta'ala said
   ِّنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهٗ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۤ
   Verily, Allানh bestows mercy on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allh be upon him) and seeks mercy for the angels and the Prophet. O you who believe, seek mercy for you and your beloved Prophet.
   So these two virtues we have to do more and more this month and we have to focus on showing love, respect and devotion to the Prophet.
   In this month we have to go through the practice of supererogatory worship and the practice of fasting to fulfill the Sunnah of the Prophet.
   If you can, spend your days in the morning and evening in such a way that you do not harbor envy for anyone else. Love and Sunnah is the ideal of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Stay with this wish and say goodbye here like today. I will appear before you again with a new subject.
