Good day everyone, Another day another experienced in my life that I want to share. I hope your doing well and fine. I wanted to share to all of you of what’s I've discover El Ideal Ancient Bakery in this place of Silay the Paris of Negros Located Rizal Street part of Silay City Heritage Zone the Province of Negros Occidental its 2 minutes walking distance from Silay Public Plaza.Open hours is 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. I am going to the market that time but I am so curious because of the year founded Since 1920's and established by Cesar Lacson Locsin helping by her wife with their children to manage the bakery also I wanted to see the Ancestral House inside I found more available traditional baked goodies then have a try.
I love what’s inside because there is more food to buy and bring it home.When I see inside , I saw more signature treats the renowned Guapple pie(the guava and apple fruits combination)empanada,buko pie,Piaya,lumpia ubod(spring rolls) cassava cake,pineapple pie,fruit pie,egg pie,coconut pie,bread pudding and more also can you look at my taken pictures their is a price start 0.5 HBD to 6.9 HBD.Every pie is available in slices and whole if you want to try it first before you buy a whole if you like the taste of that food.
There is more foods available to order and also you can take out or dining in.because I am going to the market I will do take out for my orders after taking pictures.There is many people who loves their food also go back their because they like the taste of their favourite Pie, or other foods they love to eat again and again.If they don’t want to go to the physical store they order it via Grabfood and available Delivery Riders and paid via Gcash the digital money express or through bank account. They had more Pasalubong(Our favorite thing is when someone bringing food from their destination and bringing food/souvenirs/signature treat for the family) not only that but they had more filipino food,beverages,and cool treats to offer.
I love their surroundings because it is so much clean and organize.I like the shelf and standee for that Pasalubong/Foods displays well- organized.
After choosing the food I want to bring for my family,I'll go to the market then after that headed home.
Then finally I came home safely my daughter loved to try the banana cake her favorite she is only a 2 years old know how to appreciates it.I am so glad to hear that 😊 .That’s all for now. Soon I will share here the other Ancestral museum of this City.
