Let's Make a Collage | A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 109 | Road to Happiness

I'm so happy to be back in the A Contest for All Creatives on Hive brought to you by @shaka. This time I also made a simple collage, which only combines a few pictures

My rule is to always make the contested image the main image of a collage. Including this challenge.

In addition to the photos provided as a challenge, I included several other photos as companions.

1. Photographed on the street

This light-up street was photographed by me a while ago with a Nikon D3400. This image was captured at night in Banda Aceh.

I used this street image in my collage because I think its perspective works well with the main image. The end of this road is not visible in the picture because it is far away and there are turns. Similarly, the main image appears to be far away, and there are derivatives that are inaccessible by sight.

I had to cut out every fill between the lampposts, which made adding this photo difficult. The longer the path, the closer the distance between the poles, the more careful the cutting must be so that the lamp posts are not cut.

The problem is that the original road photo was taken at night, so removing the black background is difficult. Especially the difficult-to-cut-flat light.

2. Photographs of Mosque

It's the same with street photos; this mosque photo was taken at the same time as a street photo. Because I don't want to use photos from other countries, I'm having trouble cropping the mosque image because the black color of the dome blends with the black sky.

3. Photograph of a Horse

I got the photo of the horse from Pixabay. I included a horse image in this collage to make it appear religious and to complement the image of the mosque.

And this is the result of my collage:
