The English madame

Hello hivers, it's been a minute. I hope y'all are doing great btw.
I'll be sharing my latest quick drawing and a lil story to what led to the creation of the piece( might not be so clear, but it should pass for a story).

Alright, I'll be telling the story while I drop the WIP pictures
so I had to head to the bank to get me a new debit card since the one I had had gone missing.

I made sure I try my best to turn up at the bank on time so I can beat the queue and be back home in time to handle some other task of the day but then, I set myself up for delay.

My first error was waking up late, the bank Opens at 8am but Reggie got off the bed at 8:30am. Before I made it to the bank, it was already past 9:45am.
That delay got me to meet a long ass queue, seemed like the whole turn wanted to make a complaint or two at the bank today.

Oh well, I had no choice but to wait, luckily for me, I'd made it into the hall and found a seat. Good thing I came with a book and a pencil.. yhup, I didn't intentionally move with them, they were already in the bag I carried, so while I was waiting to be attended to, I decided to test my imagination, I just sketched a structure and trusted that it'll be something good.. and to my surprise I made something, looks like an English madame yeah?!

And that was how I spent 3hrs at the bank.
