The Best Birthday Cake

Earlier this week was my daughter's birthday. My wife decided to make a cake for her birthday, so we did not have to buy it.

A year ago or so we used to make and sell cakes (I made some posts about them here on HIVE) although we had to stop. Yes, my wife had some experience in making cakes.

On that special day, my wife was busy in the kitchen. She made a dough by mixing some ingredients such as wheat flour, eggs, dough raiser, some margarine. Later she put the dough into the mold and put it in the oven.

bake at 190 degree for 20 minutes.

When the cake was out from the oven, she added some butter cream and chocolate on the top of it. In the end, when the cake was cool enough, she put some small candles. And, that's our birthday cake.

My daughter turned fourteen and she invited four of her close friends for her birthday party. Although it was a small party, she said it was the best birthday ever because she thought the cake tasted so delicious, and mom made it for her.
