Ah Steve, I'm sorry about your chicken. What happened to her? Mine were all hiding in their coop today. They were really bothered by the winds.

I have one living in a cage in my conservatory at the moment because the others had bullied her so much that she had stopped eating. This is the third time I've had to bring that one indoors to get some time away and have a good feed. I think she must feel a bit like being back in the 'caged bird farm' again but I didn't want to put her back out in the run today because the wind was so awful. Next doors fences are down but mine seems to have survived. Will inspect the shed tomorrow. I hope the roof is still on it.

She was looking a bit down the other day and I had to lift her into the coop when the others went in. Just seemed to go downhill fast.

I've not seen much other damage around here yet apart from some stuff on Facebook. I hope we've had the worst of it.
