ကျွန်တော်လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ သုံးရက်တုန်းက Ocean သွားတာ မတ်မတပ်သွားဖြစ်ခဲ့ဘူး။ နေရောင်ကာ ခရင်လေးနဲ့ ခရီးသွားရင် နောက်ထပ်လိုအပ်တာလေးတွေ ဝယ်ဖို့ ပါ။ ဖြစ်ချင်တော့ အပေါ်ဆုံးထပ်မှာ ပရိုမိုးရင်း ပေးတဲ့ အဖွဲ့နဲ့ တိုးပါတယ်။ သူတို့ကု အဆက်မပြတ်အောင် သူတို့ပစ္စည်းကောင်းကြောင်း လျှော့စျေးရှိတဲ့အကြောင်း ရှင်းပြပါတယ်။ သူ ရှင်းပြတဲ့အချိန် လူချင်းနီးပြီး ကိုယ်ပြောတဲ့ အချိန်နဲ့ သူပြောတဲ့ အချိန်မှာ အငွေ့အသက်လေး ခံစားလိုက်ရတယ်လို့တော့ ထင်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒါနဲ့ ညပိုင်းကလဲ အိပ်ယာဝင်ချိန်နောက်ကျခဲ့လို့ ကိုယ်ခံအားပိုင်းလဲ အားနည်းသွားတယ်ထင်ပါတယ် နောက်တစ်ရက် ချောင်းဆိုးတာကနေ ဖျားပါတော့တယ်။ ညပိုင်းဆို ကိုယ်လက်ကိုက်ခဲပြီး ကောင်းကောင်း အိပ်မရပါဘူး။
အဲဒါနဲ့ မနေ့က ဆေးရုံသွားပြမှ လေကနေကူးစက်တတ်တဲ့ တုတ်ကွေးပိုးတစ်မျိုးကြောင့်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်၊ သူက တုတ်ကွေးမို့ ကိုယ်ခံအားနဲ့ပဲ တိုက်ထုတ်ရတာဖြစ်ပြီး ၃ ရက် ကျော်ကြာပြီးရင်တော့ သက်သာသွားတတ်တယ်ဆိုပါတယ်။ မနေ့ညအထိ ညောင်းညာကိုက်ခဲပါတယ်။ ဒီနေ့တော့ သက်သာလာပါပြီ။ မိတ်ဆွေဆို့လဲ အပြင်သွားရင် လူများတဲ့ နေရာဆိုရင် မတ်တတ်ကြပါလို့။ ပြီးတော့ ကျန်းမာရေး ဦးစီဌါန ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်အရ ကိုဗစ်လဲ အနည်းအကျဥ်း တွေ့ရှိမှုတွေရှိနေပါသေးတယ်။

နေမကောင်းတာနဲ့ အားကစားလဲ မလုပ်နိုင်သလို ပိုစ့်လဲ မတင်ဖြစ်နေပါဘူး။ ဒီနေမှ နဲနဲ သက်သာလာလို့ ရေးတင်ဖြစ်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
