Let’s check it out

It’s been revealed that becoming rich is just a state of mind and that remaining poor is also a state of mind. (That is), A rich man is rich because among other factors, he has a rich state of mind. And a poor man is poor among other factors because of his state of mind.

As long as the world exist , there would certainly be three set of people, which are The Rich , The middle Class and The Poor.

Some school of thoughts in some part of the world strongly believe that It is not a crime to be born poor, But it’s a crime to remain Poor after Adulthood.

Subsequent times, I have been hearing that particular phrase while growing up and while I was much younger, And I thought that the phrase was being bias. I felt the phrase was bias because I felt the decision of being rich and poor comes from the kind of family you hail from. Of no doubt, Your background is a factor to being rich, poor or middle class. But then, it doesn’t really determine if you would be poor or rich.

While I grew older, I sat down one day and I decided to think, then I got to really understand that quote, and I would explain.

It is not a crime to be born poor , It is not a crime. And that may happen because we can’t tend to choose the kind of parent to birth us, (either rich or poor)

But it’s a crime to remain poor even when grown. Now I got to understand this part while growing. As an adult, we should be able to take responsibility of ourselves, irrespective of the situation. It’s our obligation to find legit means of making money across the globe. And as at that point, it’s a fault on our side if we decide to remain poor as Adults.

According to statistics, About 9.2% of the world, (689 million people) live in extreme poverty, (that is, they spend less than $1.90 a day)

Source

About 1% estimately of the world population consists of adults with above 1 million Dollars in Assests,

According to statistics, 17% of the world global population could be classified as middle class income earners, most people
Are either low income earners (51%) or poor (10%) while 15% lived at an upper middle income standard and 7% were high income.

From all these statistics, the percentage of the RICH, is very very little.

Like I said, some school of thoughts says The Rich get richer and the poor gets poorer, How true is it?

Checking out the circle of the rich, it’s a very small one, and the wealth roams among that small circle, so even if at all the rich gets richer, the Wealth/Riches is among the small circle

But the circle of the poor is relatively large, and trust me, if the poor are to get poorer, the poverty would be roaming amidst the big circle

Like I said earlier, a major determinant if we would be rich or poor, or middle class is our mind .

THE MIND

Source

One of the major factors that determines wealth is the mind. Basically, what determines what we become in life is our mind, The only difference between the poor ones and the rich is just the mindset like I said earlier. The rich carry a different mindset from the poor.

Source

The mindset we carry is a very powerful tool to change as humans, and various factors affect our mind set, which some of them are

1). ENVIRONMENT

Our environment, i must say is a very big factor that affect our rich or poor mentality. Africa is a continent and an environment on its own to the people that comes from it. Presently, the richest man in Africa is the 64th richest person in the world and I am pretty sure that’s a lot of hard work on his path to accomplish that. And that’s because of the environment he came from

I mean this is a very big factor. That’s why some part of the world are called underdeveloped.

2). PEERS

A very large school of thought says that birds of same feather flock together. And then for no doubt, we are a very big factor of the people we work with

So there are high chances that we become rich when we work with the rich and Vice verse.

3). WHAT YOU READ

Books affect the mind a lot, it helps us know how other people in other part of the world live. It broadens our thinking to understand certain answers to questions. Reading books is like feeding the brain

And trust me , You look like what you feed your brain with.

4). WHAT YOU WATCH

Things we see tend to get to us faster and Sticks in our thought. And like I said , For you to be be rich or other wise, it needs to start from your MIND.

5). WHAT YOU HEAR

Among many factors

For a successful transition in state of wealth, there must be an appropriate change in mind

I shared my experience sometimes ago with a friend sometimes during last year when I sat down to think of how to make money as a growing young man, Then he brought the idea of taking tutorials for student to me, which I embraced, and was doing it for a while. I could remember very vividly , I hardly made up to 30$ weekly, but I was little comfortable with it.

Then some months after, I made a couple of new friends who were forex traders,And along the then I totally had a different state of mind, cause I got irritated at the fact that I needed to put much work effort to make about 30dollars weekly .

Which I could easily make in about few trades as a trader.

That really changed my views to the fact that being rich or being poor or being a middle class is a factor of your mind.

And trust me, You could have that change of mind with the few ways I listed up there among others.

What’s your view?
What do you think about the rich and the poor?
What do you think other people feel?

Feel free to reblog this post, let’s all engage!

You've pretty much highlighted most of the things one needs if he/she really wants to succeed.

Another thing I thiml determines one's success is proper utilization of opportunities. Knowing when and where to act accordingly will go a long way towards one's quest for success.

Nice to have you back man! 😁😊

| A very large school of thought says that birds of same feather flock together.

In as much as I love to socialize and meet new people, we can’t be close if all you do talk about women, sports etc. Back in school, the major set of people I move with are business orientated. As they say, “iron sharpens iron”

I think that is where many make their mistakes, by focusing on what others have and comparing and making themselves miserable. At lease where I am in the US, the sky is the limit if you are willing to work for it.

It is true that we have no say in what situation we are born into, but once we are adults, we determine where we end up. Most people that have a lot now, worked hard for it. Very few inherit great wealth.

This is a very good reminder to all of us to focus on what we can do next to make our own lives better and get to where we want to be.
