Sexo y Sexualidad engloban un conjunto de comportamientos que definen la personalidad de cada persona, de ahí la importancia que se le debe dar.

Sex and Sexuality encompass a set of behaviors that define the personality of each person, hence the importance that should be given.

Hoy me uno a la iniciativa impulsada por @zullyscott, siendo la primera vez que comparto contenido en esta comunidad.

Today I join the initiative promoted by @zullyscott, being the first time I share content in this community.

Aunque compartí con muchos hombres por tiempo prolongado, en la universidad éramos pocas chicas. De esos años compartiendo con hombres aprendí a ser práctica, siempre se dice que las mujeres somos complicadas y creo que hay algo de razón en eso, en oportunidades me quiero complicar pero rápido reacciono y continuo.

Nada como ser mujer, esa pasión que nos define, la belleza, la entrega que le ponemos a todo. Esa capacidad de amar infinitamente ya que podemos dar vida eso nos hace únicas y poderosas.

I identify with the female gender 🚺

Although I shared with many men for a long time, in college we were few girls. From those years sharing with men I learned to be practical, it is always said that women are complicated and I think there is something right in that, sometimes I want to complicate myself but I quickly react and continue.

Nothing like being a woman, that passion that defines us, the beauty, the dedication we put into everything. That capacity to love infinitely since we can give life, that makes us unique and powerful.

¿Cómo influyó mi familia en mi identidad de género? | How did my family influence my gender identity?

Desde que estaba niña me enseñaron y educaron sobre las diferencias y características propias las cuales me definían como niña. Sin embargo en ese momento yo disfrutaba de la libertad que mis papás me permitían. Corría y jugaba como cualquier niña por lo que prefería vestir una franela, short o bermudas y zapatos deportivos, entonces era un problema porque a mi mamá y abuela les encantaban los vestidos con lazos, medias pantys y zapatos de charol jajajaja yo los odiaba sentía que me picaban se me dificultaba saltar, correr y jamás podía sentarme cómodamente en el suelo. En ese momento de mi vida yo respondía en modo automático que era niña sin embargo no sabía a ciencia cierta lo que era, representaba o significaba.

Since I was a child I was taught and educated about my own differences and characteristics which defined me as a girl. However, at that time I enjoyed the freedom that my parents allowed me. I ran and played like any other girl so I preferred to wear a flannel, shorts or shorts and sneakers, then it was a problem because my mom and grandmother loved dresses with bows, pantyhose and patent leather shoes hahahaha I hated them I felt they stung me it was difficult for me to jump, run and I could never sit comfortably on the floor. At that time in my life I responded in automatic mode that I was a girl but I didn't know for sure what it was, represented or meant.

Recuerdo recibir un regalo un día del niño mi mamá me obsequio un libro que se llamaba "De donde vienen los niños" una de las cosas que ella logró fue que desde muy chica yo leyera, para dormirme yo tenía un repertorio fijo de canciones que ella me cantaba y me leía un cuento. Así que perdí la cuenta de cuántas veces leí ese libro. Ahí explicaban paso a paso desde que papá y mamá se conocían hasta que el bebé nacía derrumbando el mito que eran traídos por la cigüeña. Todo con un lenguaje sencillo para un niño de 6 u 8 años.

I remember receiving a gift one Children's Day, my mother gave me a book called "Where children come from", one of the things she achieved was that since I was very young I would read, to fall asleep I had a fixed repertoire of songs that she would sing to me and she would read me a story. So I lost count of how many times I read that book. There they explained step by step from the time mom and dad met until the baby was born, debunking the myth that they were brought by the stork. All in simple language for a child of 6 or 8 years old.

Durante mi adolescencia que fue el tiempo o momento donde terminé de definir mi sexualidad lo que veía en la televisión, en la calle incluso la moda impuesta del momento estuvo marcada en lo femenino y masculino, la educación que recibí en casa contrastaba con lo que yo podía percibir fuera del hogar. Esa etapa de mi vida la recuerdo llena de alegría y diversión, compartí con amigos con los cuales me identificaba y en algunos casos nos complementabamos.

During my adolescence, which was the time or moment when I finished defining my sexuality, what I saw on television, in the street and even the imposed fashion of the moment was marked in the feminine and masculine, the education I received at home contrasted with what I could perceive outside the home. I remember that stage of my life full of joy and fun, I shared with friends with whom I identified and in some cases we complemented each other.

Es una celebración que la familia entera disfruta. Siempre que hay alguien en la dulce espera uno siente empatía con un género en particular. Sin embargo no creo que eso impacte de manera negativa.

It is a celebration that the whole family enjoys. Whenever there is someone in the sweet wait one empathizes with a particular gender. However, I don't think it has a negative impact.

Conocí a unos papás que hicieron está celebración y era varón, estaban felices y finalmente nació una hermosa niña 😂😂😂 igual adoran a su bebé y están muy felices, solo que tuvieron que buscar un nombre rápido ya que no contaban con la sorpresa.

I met some parents who did this celebration and it was a boy, they were happy and finally a beautiful baby girl was born 😂😂😂 they still adore their baby and are very happy, they just had to find a name fast since they didn't count on the surprise.

Otros decidieron no saber sino esperar hasta que naciera el bebé, una vez que nació a la mamá se le olvidó el dolor y todos lo que hacían era mirar entre las piernas del bebé para saber cómo lo iban a llamar 😂😂😂

Others decided not to know but to wait until the baby was born, once the baby was born the mom forgot the pain and all they did was look between the baby's legs to find out what they were going to name him/her 😂😂😂

Totalmente, ahora sí disfruto los vestidos, escarchas, ya no corro ni brinco jajaja adoro el color fucsia y soy toda 💅🏽

Todo parte del respeto, podemos coincidir en cualquier espacio y compartir las ideas. Lo que hará que reine la armonía será el respeto que tengamos frente a los demás.

Everything starts from respect, we can agree in any space and share ideas. What will make harmony reign will be the respect we have for each other.

Mientras no nos afecte cada quien es libre de pensar, escoger y sentir como desee.

As long as it does not affect us, everyone is free to think, choose and feel as they wish.

Mi mamá es Licenciada en Orientación sin embargo fue criada por unos papás conservadores al extremo, y así me educaron a mí, pero el respeto siempre fue la regla de oro. Entonces no estoy de acuerdo pero respeto la opinión o comportamiento de cualquier persona.

My mother has a degree in Counseling, but she was raised by extremely conservative parents, and that's how I was raised, but respect was always the golden rule. So I don't agree but I respect anyone's opinion or behavior.

Partiendo de ahí educaria a mis hijos, tomando en cuenta que lo que yo viví es totalmente diferente a la actualidad.

From there I would educate my children, taking into account that what I lived is totally different from today.

El mayor problema por lo que cuesta tanto abordar el tema de sexo y sexualidad es el lenguaje, debemos partir por llamar las cosas por sus nombres y no sentir vergüenza.

The biggest problem that makes it so difficult to address the topic of sex and sexuality is the language, we must start by calling things by their names and not feel ashamed.

Lo otro es que no todo se resumen en sexo, hay otras cosas que son importantes y necesarias conversar, por ejemplo hablar de métodos anticonceptivos su importancia, entender que no es solamente para evitar un embarazo no deseado sino para prevenir una enfermedad de transmisión sexual.

Entender que lo que no conversemos en casa lo encontraran en la calle y muchas veces de manera no adecuada.
