Hahaha, stacking and staking their stores for winter methinks.
Ours do the same as for every peanut that the eat, they bury one. Problem is that they steal eash other's buried nuts and we have much fun here when a squirrel discivers that his loot has disappeared.
I would wear a helmet under your trees 🤣
