A funny Friday.

Not everyday that one sees this, so come and smile.

Something here looked strange to me, so let's investigate. You can see that amber light on the traffic light is on.

A happy Friday to all and another week is done. We were in our car and Marian was driving so whenever we travel like this I have my camera on my lap in the passenger seat in the car in case I see something on the roads in public.
I am an old biker and I was nonplussed at the sight above.
Luckily we also had to stop and I tried to get a better view.
Come and see.

The traffic light turned red and the rider pulled to the left to make space for the cars. The front end of the bike was missing.

Ah, he stopped and I had a better view of the bike. No idea what it was and it has to be a antique, as the guy was wearing a world war 2 helmet.

Maybe some of the bike fundis on hive can tell me what make the bike is.

So the light turned green and we had to turn left, but I hope to see that bike again.

In the meantime something else was on show and I think that it's a great idea for a small business, especially with the mooning gas prices.

I saw this 3 wheeler in a parking lot and thought that we could get one.
Marian and Toy can sit in the back with blankets and a big pot of soup and we can drive around handing it out to the people that live in the streets. We can place a brand name like, Papillon's soup kitchen in transit. Crazy idea I know, as they will hijack us at a traffic light and Marian and Toy will travel in the back to be sold in a neighboring country :)

Then I saw something else.

Maria landed shouting excitedly. Gary, Gary oh please let's buy a motorbike.

Darling, Gary said, we are pensioners and we are crows, why would you think we would ride around on a motorbike like those weird humans. Our kids will laugh at us.

So this guy was watching the crows and he found the situation very funny.

Just some silliness in here to get a smile. Life is tough and it looks like things will get tougher. The thing is that there is not much that we can do about the train that is running away downhill because Charlie stole the handle and the train won't stop going. A Jethro Tull song called Aqualung
We have constant rising food prices and most countries are in trouble financially. Then we have the ravages of nature and a current war going on. Not much that we can do about it.

Just this morning I was sad, but now I am up and running again. How?

So what I do is I draw within myself to find the treasure of happiness to keep me going. Nothing out there can make us happy and when by chance something does, it is a fleeting emotion.
So we have to protect ourselves by trying our utmost to stay positive for sanity's sake. It seems lately that traps are laying in wait for us around every corner every day to trouble us, but such is life and we simply have to endure.
Positivity and humor is a great help.
Just my way of looking at life.
