Greetings my dear #hive followers, today I will be sharing my delicious and nutritious sweet potato breakfast with scrambled egg.
But before I give you an outline of what we are going to eat, in this case I am going to talk about sweet potato.

Pero ante les dares un bosquejo de los que nos vamos a comer, en este caso le voy hablar de Batata.

La batata, contiene una buena fuente de fibra, potasio, vitaminas, y otros nutrientes.
In my case, I am going to prepare the sweet potato boiled in water.
En mi caso la batata la voy a preparar hervida en agua.
Once the sweet potato is loose, I proceed to remove the skin.
Una vez floja la batata, procedo a quitar la piel.
I accompany it with scrambled eggs.
It is a super tasty and very nutritious breakfast.
Lo acompaño con huevo revuelto.
Es un desayuno súper sabroso y muy nutritivo.
