Don’t Ever Quit Hive//LOH #117

It’s another week filled with amazing thoughts and beautiful atmosphere with a cool weather, it’s so cool that nothing can make you to be distracted because the best time to do things at home is when the weather is at its best. For this week I will be reacting to question one;

A reputation 52 friend says that she no longer wants to be active in Hive, claiming that she can't make the time, the coin is so low valued, and only a few people ever read her posts. What could you do to encourage and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Other?

It is true that most people at times wants it to quit hive, this could be as a result of not being supported in the community or more attention was not given to the person. Most times when you write an article, even with all the energy and time spent in producing such beautiful and interesting articles, at the end of the day, you might not even get any better response to what you have written and to you, you know that it’s a very creative content and such post was supposed to get an amazing response. With that, you continue trying and trying and yet nothing, someone will definitely want to quit because it can be frustrating not getting anything especially when you find it hard each day to make a meaningful content, it will be as if you’re wasting your time and effort. It once happened to me and that was because I never understood the tricks in hive.

Considering the facts that the value of hive is very low now which can actually be discouraging at times because of it rate, making a nice content everyday but yet the coin is not encouraging;

If I find a friend here on hive to be in that kind of situation and wants to quit hive by all means, my advice to the person will be;

In terms of not getting a good response on hive: hive is where you’re expected to explore and meet new people, see what’s going on in different communities and engage in others posts too. When you’re always engaging, people will get to know you more and that will make them to want to visit your post. It could be that she doesn’t really engage enough with others that’s why people finds it hard to see her article, I will rather advise her never to quit and she should try her luck again by engaging more on peoples posts not only those she knows on hive but also others, this will make her more familiar with new things and it will also make her feel challenged to want to involve herself more on hive.

***In terms of low rate in hive coin: *** it is true that hive is at it low rate now, but this is the only time you can gather more of it before it increases, the more you have the better it is for you because once the rate goes up, it will definitely change your life. I will also make her remember how bitcoin started and how little it was then but see how fast it has gotten too. If only we knew back then that bitcoin will change the lives of people in years to come, everyone would have invested, I’m sure she will understand what I’m saying and with this alone, she won’t even think of quitting hive again.
