1 month 3 cities: The first one of them is Çanakkale

Hello everyone,

During the March I visited three wonderful cities in Turkey. What is my purpose for visiting a new city. The purpose of visiting a new city will depend on the individual's interests, ok I know this one. People visit new cities for a variety of reasons, including: Tourism, Business, Education, Family and Friends, Adventure and Relaxation. My reasons are adventure and relaxation.

I visited a most beautiful city: Çanakkale. Let's get more information about Çanakkale.

Çanakkale (ancient Dardanellia) It is a city on the southern shore of the Dardanelles in Turkey. Çanakkale is home to the ruins of Troy and the First World War cemeteries in Gallipoli. Every year on March 18, people visit these memorial city.

My colleague is from Çanakkale and he invited me. We made plans for the weekend. We went by bus on Friday evening. The bus journey took 6 hours. When we arrived in Çanakkale, my friend's aunt welcomed us. We stayed at her house for two days. It rained a lot on Saturday morning. I was glad that it was raining but I couldn't go out.
I was sad. But after breakfast the rain stopped and the sun came out. So my friend and I got ready and headed to the center of Çanakkale.

After about 45 minutes we arrived in the center of Çanakkale. We went to the seaside, one of the first places I wanted to see. There was a cafe that my friend liked. The cafe had a great view of the sea. We bought a waffle in a glass from another place and went to that cafe. We watched the sea for a long time while drinking our tea with waffle. We sat in that cafe for about 2 hours and watched the sea.

You can see my photos from my Çanakkale trip in my post. The photos are in no particular order but they all have a story. The photo above is of the Istanbul bus station. It is pleasant to sit by the window and enjoy the bus ride. But not for too long hours :)

The 4 photos below are from the district where my friend and I stayed. The name of the district we stayed in: Ezine. My friend's family has been living in this town for a long time. It was a very small and quiet town. When I live in the metropolis, I miss such districts. It is necessary to come to such places from time to time.

I would like you to take a long look at the following five photos. We were greeted by such a beautiful landscape. The sea you see here is called the Sea of Marmara. The Sea of Marmara is mostly known for Istanbul, but it also borders other provinces besides Çanakkale. Compared to the shores of Istanbul, the water seems cleaner here. The most important reason for this is the population of Istanbul approaching 20 million. In the meantime, an urgent measure needs to be taken against this population growth.

If I had known how to share a video from this platform, I would have wanted to share the video version of the photo below. My friend and I were sitting on the beach and behind us a child was throwing bagels to seagulls with his mother. Thanks to them we had a wonderful view.

This is a different place called Geyikli. We also visited my friend's summer house. See the view. It's amazing. We didn't stay long because it was cold but even those two hours were enough for me.

Traveling to different cities can be a wonderful experience that can broaden your horizons, expose you to different cultures, and create memories that last a lifetime. Some people may not enjoy traveling or may have physical limitations that make it difficult to do so. While traveling to different cities can be a wonderful experience, it is not necessarily recommended for everyone. It is important to consider your personal circumstances and priorities before making a decision. But if have chance please try it.

This is me and my friend :) After two very enjoyable days, we left for Istanbul on Sunday night. After about 6 hours of travel, we arrived in Istanbul at dawn. After sleeping at my friend's house for two hours, we came to work. With this motivation, I gave positive energy around me for two weeks :)

In my next post, I will share my trip to Van, my hometown.

Take care yourself,
