The beauty of Honesty, Respect and Dedication, virtues from my Parents

Hello everyone in this amazing community,
Its quite a long time i posted to my favourite community,
I couldn't meet up with writing the exclusive prompts not because i was lazy or uninterested, i was just crazy busy with work. My offline work has really taken most of my time now, its quite very difficult to cope with all my todo tasks on Hive.

What exactly are those traits i got from my mom and dad

My Mum and Dad are Big influencial figures in my Life, apart from being my Guardian, the teachers and role model to me.
I wouldn't be what i am today if not because of them.

Firstly from my Dad, i got a lot of traits that really defines me as a person, i would start with Respect.
Respect is the act of admiration and treating others with esteem, treating them well.
He is a disciplinarian that believes every one should be disciplined in every aspect of life, he is very well respected in the community because of this, he respects both Old and young, he even have a street and a whole community named after him,
He quite a character though, for me as his son, i feel is too strict with us the children, because he literally laughs with every one outside the house, but once my dad drove his Toyota Jeep back home from work, every one at home quickly shy off to their various room, this was because of his overly disciplined approach of things.
He takes business for business, time as time, he doesn't believe in African time, he call it unseriousness and lack of punctuality to take time casually.
I got this attitude from him, although i tried as much as possible to balance everything, i won't want my child to be too scared of me, or too frightened to open up to me.

I learnt Honesty from my dad and Mom too:
Honesty is truly a virtue, a virtue that is very hard to comeby.
Honesty simply means refusal to lie, steal or deceive in any way. I have never seen my dad or Mom do anything dishonest, this is a very great trait i inherented from them . This is why i select my friends, i hardly go out with crowd of people, i just stick to the circle of influencial friends. Just like the Saying that bad friends corrupts good minds, i do my best to hang out with honest friends, the truth is that most of us have the avenue to join the trends of Scammers, fraudsters and illegal business, but we choose to be True to our legacy of living right, most of my friends are on Hive too, and they are doing amazingly well, out of this friends was my onboarder, Mr Vickoly, we all choose to live right and responsibly.

I also learnt Caring and Emphathy from my parents, my mum especially is a very caring Being. I can't count the Amount of time, she goes high and above to share her things to people around her.
I don't know if she studied human psychology, because she easily read people's feelings and share emotions and assistance anywhere possible.

This are the Major traits i got from my parents, these traits have really helped me Do exploits both at work, in School and many other facets of Life.
