Getting Set for another Amazing Milestone, Suggested ideas for improvement.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a step, the hive learner community is a community on hive that have really been progressing well, its quite obvious that a lot of things have been put in place to ensure the smooth running of operations and management.
Big kidos to the Moderators, the Engagement Teams, the curators, the amazing writters and authors who have been doing great with posting quality contents and many other functional units of the community that made the community stand strong.

There is no perfect system, i believe everyone is open to changes if they wish to grow and progress, it works like that for both in our individual lives, and collectively as a community on the hive Blockchain.
This is why am suggesting the following ideas, that could really lead to growth of the individuals in the community and of course on the hive Blockchain.

Here are my Humble suggestions

• 1 Introduction of Vlogs
  I think the community should introduce Vlog (Video Blogs), to it weekly features, it shouldn't be all about writing alone, The world is changing and technology has really evolved, many things are going digital, the introduction of videos for example on the internet has sparked a lot of people's attention, it tends to draw more attention and engagement. This was why many of the Web 2 social media apps are doing massively well, Take YouTube, TikTok and Instagram as a practical example.
  Big thanks to the @threespeak team, for creating our very own Web3 video Platform, which makes it easier for Authors to access easy, fast and efficient video content sharing possible.
  This would really draw more members to the community and also the Hive Blockchain as a whole.

• 2 Introduction of Pictures and Photography.
  Just like introduction of more video contents would boost the growth of the community, also introduction of Photography and pictures, by this long word counts won't be the requirements for post, quality pictures and amazing short writeups to complement the pictures.
  I believe the introduction of pictures will make weekly editions more interesting and fun.
  Also taking the example of Facebook, Instagram and others, these social media platforms have really grown fast and unbelievably massive numbers of users worldwide, i believe Hive on the Blockchain can thrive and gain that amount of massive users all around the world , it just a matter of dedication and commitment.

• 3 The Curation and Reward needs to be worked on
  One of the best thing about Hive is the possibility to own your content and privacy, and also Rewards on contents,
  This have been one of the attributes that makes the HIVE Blockchain standout from the rest of the Other Web 3 social media platforms.
  Improved curation and contests that attracts rewards, Doing some games and fun contest can draw a lot of people to the community.
